October 16, 2011; 12:31 p.m. est; On Friday I watched the show the gifted man again who is dealing with the spirit of his dead wife who is back to get his help with her medical practice. While he is visiting there a family comes in with a teenager who is having bad headaches, exrays shows them what appears to be a tumor but during surgery the surgeon finds its a sack pressing on the brain which is part of an undeveloped twin that has not been expelled from the body and has embedded itself in the brain. Once the growth is out the boy still has the voices that goes with the spirit of the dead twin and they call in a shaman who supposedly captures the spirit of the dead twin and encloses it ina piece of crystal. We are supposed to believe this really can be done, but from the things I have been through with these four spirits trapped inside my body afraid to come out I don't really think a shaman can do these things and believe these may be just beliefts that people have. But on the other hand and if the people with the problem and the spirit believes the shaman can solve this problem this easily then I guess that is the way it has to be. I on the other hand am trying to talk these four out to see what really happens to spirits of the dead who treat humans this way. I have tried the things this shaman is telling us are true and so far it hasn't worked for me should I find success in the future then I'll be sure to write about it, and in the meantime I'll continue to try to talk them out of my body, but first I must get them over their fear of coming out after the dire threats the guides have made.

October 22, 2011; 4:32 p.m. est; Recently I've been watching all the shows talking about bullying to the point that many young teens are committing suicide because they can't handle the sitution anymore. I would like the bullies to know the spirits of the dead can come back and torment from the spirit world if they want to, and if they single you out then they can enter your home, enter your dreams and give you nightmares and they can go to other people and tell them thins ab out you to turn them against you, and its much like the bullying these people did to the person before they killed themselves. I would also like to speak to gang members who kille each other and kill people during robberies and things like that b ecause the spirits of the dead can not only come back ad frighten you and give you nightmares and the like they can come into your home through walls, not needing doors because theya re not ghosts and can go anywhere, and if they feel like it they can enter your body and attack you from inside, and they can have people telling your you are crazy when you run about trying to tell them what is happening to you, because most people don't believe inspirits of the dead being allowed to do this to humans they instead believe that all spirits zip right up to heaven or if they are bad they burn in hell, but its my experience that the spirits can do all the things I mention here if they have enemies here on earth or if they return to seek vengance for the things they blame humans for which may have caused their death. you know that old adage "do unto others as you would have others do unto you". On that note have a happy halloween and remember when you go to graveyards and make fun of the dead on Halloween they could be right there with you watching and listening to you and if they chose the fun can really begin.

October 9, 2011; 7:34 a.m. est; On Friday I watched a new show in the lineup 'A Gifted Man' which is about a doctor who is haunted by his dead wife's spirit. he is a high profile doctor with rich patients, and she was a doctor who worked in a free clinic and now she is back trying to get him to help run the clinic. He is trying to hire a new doctor to take her place but not having much luck because the job doesn't pay much and they have a gr eat need for supplies and equipment and few doctors want to work under those conditions so he is taking more and more patients from the clinic and so we don't know what will happen in that situation but it looks to be a good show and I intend to watch it. I am anxious to see how the dead wife's spirit will behave if he stops doing what she wants him to do will she become more and more aggressive against him, and if yes how will he handle it. We need more shows like this, and I think it could go a long way to show that the so called demons we are afraid in spirit may be just the disgruntled aggressive spirits of the dead that we havew known before they passed and they are now back to get us to do some of the things they think we should be doing.

Actually I am ndealing with mine well at all. But I am trying and if these four spirits will listen to me they can better spread the word by leaving my body and teaching others the way they have taught me over the past years since they entered my body and refused to get out. Where are all the Exorcists that I have read about on the internet who claim they have the power to remove possessing spirits from a human? I would like to challenge any one of them to prove to me that they can do a ritual and h elp me talk or force these four from my body and then I want to know where these spirits go and what they do once they have been expelled from the human body they have been tormenting.

I am adding this on September 14, 2011 3:16 p.m. I have not been able to find an exorcist to help me and so I am surfing the net to read as much as I can about what people like the ones writing this article think about these things and am happy to find that some psychologists and psychiatrists are now beginning to write about what they think about spirit possessions. I think while most people refer to the spirits as demons and devils because of the way they behave and also because the bible refers to Demons., but I believe from my own experiences with possessing spirits that the so called devils and demons are non other th an mean spiteful relatives and acquaintances who come back to torment and frighten us for things they blame us for from our lifetimes here on earth this time around. I don't claim to have all the answers and am just sharing my own experiences and what I am now concluding from my own experiences. As we know the word devil and demons can scare us half to death as it did me in the beginning, but af ter a time i realize the spirits tormenting me are just the spirits of my relatives who were not happy on earth and came back tot ell the world this through me and the only way they think they can get peoples attention is by tormenting me and referring to themselves as Demons. But don't let me water this down too much they are mean and spiteful and cause terriblke pain and torment me day and night, and I personally would love to have a sympathetic psychiatrist or priest who says they are proficient in ridding us of such mean spirits and let me see how they go about it so I can hopefully in the future help others who are having the kinds of problrems I have been ahving since l986 when these four decided to enter my body and do these terrible things to me. In the meantime I will continue to try to talk some sense into these four and try to show them they should not hide their talent under a barrell but get out of my body and go say hello to some of my other friends and relatives who have not believed my story or offered to sympathize or help me in these long years that I have been dealing with this situation.

1:40 p.m. I discussed what we are writing here about Dr. petas before I sat down here to write and he said this is exactly what he wants to write and he also says its true when he died he no longer had a family on earth and he doesn't care what any of them think about his behavior here, and says his loyalty now is to the three Evil Doers, Carrie, Eve and George. I will assume now Dr. Petas if this copy gets filed this is given your approval although Eve, and Carrie are writing most of it is that what I am to assume? If you do not approve this copy then say so by getting out of my body before I save it. Dr. Petas has not left my body yet and so i am saving this copy but on the chance he decides to leave my body and take my three relatives with him there is a chance I can go back and delete the copy. As you can see I am trying to use this copy as a way to force him to take my three relatives, leave my body and leave the house. Whether they come back later to write or not depends on what kind of a behavior report I receive from the guides that I trust to keep me safe in the future and continue to write with me.

September 6, 2011 p.m. 8:15 p.m. est; I haven't written in thos blog since December and insteads went to our private blog, as I tried to exorcise these four possessing spirits from my body. I of course looked for clergy to help me and there were other psychic types on the internet who made claims that they could solve the problem but all who tried to help me failed and finally gave up. The guides have tried everything they can to talk these four out of my body but to no avail and so I am not sure what is ever going to happen to solve this problem. Perhaps no one can ever get them out? The guides who have threatened to destroy them at some point in time still continue to try to talk them out safely keeping a threat on them saying if theya re inside my bo8dy when it dies they will be destroyed but I and the possessing spirits believe they are just telling us this as a way to try to scare them out of my body, but the truth is the more they try to tal, them out the more frightened they become because they believe the guides are just trying to trick them into coming out so they can destroy them and so for now I am stuck with them I will howevewr keep trying to get them over their fear but spirits who have been given this kind of a fright by a source in spirit who predicted the Japanese Earthquake at least 14 years before it even happened has frightened them so much they may die of fright before they get up the courage to leave this body. They are deathy afraid of burning in hell and to cover up the fear they are continuing to become more and more vicious by the minute but behind the secnes I can see and hear their fear as i continue to attempt the exorcism on a daily basis.

As I awakened this morning a black haired young woman appeared to me wearing a black dress her hair done in an updo.

Yesterday a young woman with golden brown hair appered to me her hair done up in a french twist.

I believe these women are telling me don't cut my hair because long hair and updos are what will be in this year.

I do notice most women I see on television now are wearing long hair and I believe thats because its much easier to deal with long hair than short when we are busy and on the go and want our hair to look good all the time.

I know this is why I have long hair, its easy to manage and I can put it into a pony tail or in a french twist for more dressy occassions and I don't have to bother with it much.

In my case I just shampoo add a little cream rinse,then towel and blow dry it a litle and I'm good to go for a few days.

I don't know that everyone having long hair is good for the business in beauty shops because I have noticed business is down in our town and in some cases I wanted to go to the beauty shop to get a trim and the one I normally went to was closed.

For weeks Dr. Petas and my three relatives have escalated their violence against my brain, trying to force me to cut my long hair, and they believe if they can accomplish this they will have dominance over me but of course that isn't true at all, but on the other hand whose business is it how short or long I wear my hair.

The real reason they are attacking my brain is for the reason its always been they were jealous of the abilities I had to gather information from a place I know as the akaskic records and they hoped their brutal actions against my brain would render me incapable as a psychic to gather this information about many things.

over the years as I meditated on missing and murdered people and my information was so accurate they grew very jealous of the gift and tried tod estroy myc apacity to gather this informatin but of course it hasn't worked because most recently we have been following missing and murdered peoples stories on shows like Dateline and 48 hours and we know from the information being published that I had the answer to the crimes from almost the moment they ocurred but I stopped sending my information off to the authroties because they don't seem to want to listen to psychics so why bother with them, instead I follow the stories in the news and compare my psychic information to what authroties find out in solving the case and I learned that I am about 100 percent accurate in all the cases and this seems to be something that Dr. Petas the Psychicatirst and my three relatives just can't deal with.

At this point in time I'm challenging Dr. Petas to bring my three relatives outside my body and go try some of the things I asked them to and prove to me one way or the other whether a higher power stops them and if not I intend to write about it, because this is meant to be honest paranormal research and I'm going to write whatever is provable and I ant the world to know everything I write is truthful to the best of my knowledge and I intend to try to prove everything that has ever been written through me by any intelligence in the Universe.

If Dr. Petas and my three relatives are too chicken to help me prove these things they need to just come out and suck up to the guides and tell them they are their masters and if they spare them they will do whatever they instruct them to do.

I of course expect that Dr. Petas and my three relatives being the cowards they are will eventually do just that because they haven't in my opinion got what it takes to help me prove anything.

The latest reason for the anger being displayed by Dr. Petas and my three relatives seems to center around one of the guides who told me not to write about them in this blog unless he gives me permission to and as a result of what he told me I have been putting all the things going on behind the scenes in a private journal as I try to settle this situation and I have told Dr. Petas and the others I have control now and I control the keyboard and if I don't want to write about what they are saying and doing behind the scenes I don't have to.

They have retaliated by becoming more and more brutal and I have just tried to talk to them behind the scenes and or ignore them and try to continue with my life as best I can but of course I won't take this kind of abuse forev er and not write about it, and I certainly am not cntent to write about it in a secret journal and let them do and say whatever they choose without my retaliation against them.

I have been very ill with the flu for about two weeks and I felt like I was more dead than alive and these four of course took advantage of that by burtalizing me to an even greater degree and tried to keep me from resting and eating right and I finallyd ragged myself off to the doctor and the medicine seems to have helped greatly but I'm still ver horse and exhausted and they continue to brutalize me day and ight which of course is not helping my disposition any.

I feel the guides who threatened them with death are also to blame for what has happened to me because i believed they could just kill these four at will from the way they talked, but as it turned out they have not found a way to bring these four out and it seems to be only an empty threat and I have tried to tell these four this and encourage them to come out and try tog et over their fear of the guides who threatned them by going to hide out in the hospital where Dr. petas was on staff and see if they can get up the courage to challenge the guides by going after the doctors and nurses to test the guides and see if they can stop them ut it appears that Dr. Petas and carrie, eve and goerge are too frightened of the possible consequences to do that and so they choose to continue to hide inside my body and brutalize me and I have decided I am just not going to take it anymore and I too challenge the gudies to prove they have control of these four.

But in the meantime if dr. Petas, Eve, Carrie and George are too chicken to come out and take the guides on and prove sometrhing to me then I guess they will just have to wait and see what happens to them in the future if they decide not to change and in the meantime Dr. Petas from Toledo, Ohio is going to be hung out in this copy in all his glory.

After Dr. Petas got himself written into the copy yesterday with some sympathy yesterday I thought he intended to come out of my body and go prove to me where he goes and what becomes of him when he leaves my body but apparaently that was just a ruse to get himself and my three relatives written back into the copy after a long absence.

Once he got himself back into the copy, he and my three relatives became even more violent against my brain and it continued all night and just before I awakened this morning Dr. Petas came in ranting and in the dream message he was using a very large pair of scissors cutting up all the copy I have gathered about the supernatural over the past 25 years and he was raging and bouncing biolently against my brain talking about how he will never get out of my body until I cut up all the copy I have gathered about anything over the past 25 years and says its mainly because the keeper of the Akaskic Records tied him to the Mafia.

He then showed me a cup of greek yogurt which was white with a blue label and the words on it was spelled something oike this:
"OINKA"
What this has to do with Dr. Petas I have no Idea.
All I know is in the earlier copy Dr. Petas wrote that he orginated in Boston before he came to Toledo to work at a local hospital and set up his medical practice here, and as we know the Keeper of the Akaskic Records also accused the kennedy family of being not only a powerful political family but said they have been tied to the Mafia for many years and said it goes back to the bootlegging days.
I have channeleld for the spirit world and written only what they told me and they also told me I would be safe if I wrote with them but asd you can see that has not been true, but I trusted all the guides and the man who said he is God and jesus to be honest and tell me the truth in this copy and when they told me if Dr. petas and my three relatives didn't get out of my body they would be destroyed as evil spirits I believed them but when that didn't happen the guides told these four if they are inside my body when it dies they will be destroyed as Evil Spirits and whether that comes to pass or not can be proven only when these four climb out of my body and show me where they go and what they do and if they don't do that then I guess they will find out when they crawl out of my dead body when they have no where to hide and until then thats all I can say about this situation.
This copy is research material which hopefully proves life after death and what else it proves we will just have to wait and see because the only way Dr. Petas is going to be free is to leave my body and show me where he goes and what he does and then I will have the answer to what becomes of spirits like he and my three relatives and there is nothing else he can do in this situation except leave my body and prove to me what is true and what is not true about who controls whom in the world beyond earth.

Last night as I slept, Dr. Petas came in sounding like he is looking for sympathy and he was walking around talking about some of the problems he had before he passed away which he says he thinks caused him to behave the way he has and while I sympathize with the things he is saying the only thing I can tell him is for him to come out of my body and bring his three friends with him and try to do better in the future and it could be once outside my smelly body in the fresh air and free to travel about the way he is supposed to do in the spirit world he may now be able to do better in the future.

In the dream he was giving me he was very sad and said when he was here on earth behind the scenes he was a secret alcohol who drank too much and no one much knew it and of course these things happen to many professional men and so he isn't alone with that problem.

He said the alcohol clouded his judgment and caused him toget into trouble with some of his patients.

He then showed me what he thinks I look like to him now and it was a very old thin woman with white hair and he said stop telling the world that he wants to bring me to the spirit orld to be with him and I said then you and your friends stoop writing that into the copy and get out of my body and things can change for the better but not while you are in there telling sad stories to get sympathy.

I have spent all day talking to Dr. Petas and my relatives trying to talk them into coming ut so I can see where they go and what they do so I can tell the world what their future look like in spirit depending on what they choose to do with their future.

I've spent weeks recently trying to talk Eve, Carrie, George and Dr. Petas into overcoming their fear and end this seige once and for all by just coming out and making a stand and rage at th guides on the higer realms and demand that they show themselves and prove once and for all just what kind of power they do or don't have over them so we can get this setted once and for all.

They of course are stuck but not brave enough to come out, and so I said well I know you are still too afraid to try that so why don't you just come out and do as I suggest and go to the local mental hospital where Dr. Petas was on staff and this will be a safe surrounding where you can rest and receive therapy and try to get overyour fear and then maybe you can leave the hospital after say a 30 day stay and not ever be frightened again, if you just don't question the authorities in the heavens and go quietly the way most others do who seem to have no problems
as long as they follow rules and don't make any waves and just continue to try to do as they were taught here on earth.

Theybalked at that idea and said they are not giving in and I said then go sit quietly and watch the doctors and nurses and see if you can find the courage to frighten them for haloween and see what happens.

After writing this here tonight these four will try to act brave bybeing especially mean but they know its just a ploy to cover up their fear of the guides who are still threatening them telling them all the things they are going to do to them if they don't come under their control.

I haven't written in this blog for a time but have instead written in a closed blog I have so we could write whatever we choose to and not be affected by some of the comments being made here which I believe are being made by those who have no clue as to the truth of what I am writing about.

Most of them have been taught in various religious ways during their ifetime and they have had things passed down to them through repetitive generations and so they have no clue as to how to react to the new truths I have discovered through mu first hand traveles into the world beyond.

I believe some of the commenters who have been especially cruel and tried to discredit the whole idea of the things I am writing about are the ones who are authoring blogs which they continue to write the same old things in that have been passed down through the ages which I now believe to be mostly mythology and in fact dangerous to the lives of humans who live on earth and have no clue as to what actually awaits them after death.

In fact one of the biggest problems that I have here with these four, is they set out to prove many things but as the guides threatened them with what will become of them they reverted to the old days when they were back one arth when they were controlled by preachers, priests and the bible and all the things that promised them rewards of a wonderful place in heaven if they are good and if they are not they are of course to expect a burning hell where they will immediately be disposed of.

yet as I write this I am reminded that jesus wrote about demons roaming the earth and how we need to be strong against them and that of course is in direct conflict with some of the things said about rewards in heaven and punishment in hell why didn't all the demons burn in hell if they are to become bothersome for humans.

Now we have my three relatives and Dr. Petas who decided to challenge the powers in the heavens and try to prove whether they can be punished and now they have no idea what will happen to them because the guides have spent so much time telling them all the terrible things that will befall them for their evil behavior against me here yet in 25 years not one thing has happend to bring them out or punish them and in fact these spirits are becoming more and more vicious by the day, yet they cannot leave and challenge the guides because they are too fightened of them and so even in death the Bible holes these four hostage and they may never find the courage to come out of my fody and enjoy the freedom they might have if they would only overcome their fear of the unknown.

From the sound of the last post which was contributed to by many spirits in the spirit world including the four inside my body you might get the idea that no one is in charge but that is not true, the problem is the four inside my body who got themselves into this predicament are too frightened to leave my body for fear of what will or will not happen to them that they are for the moment trapped in fear and are working very hard and violently I am afraid to try to force me to say nothing in the universe can punish them for their behavior but they know I cannot do that.

All they have to do to prove what will or willnot happen to them is for them is to step out of my body and proceed to behave in any way they choose to and see what does or doesn't happen to them so I can write about it.

Until they find the courage to do that we will have to assume the guides are right when they tell them if they are inside my body when it dies they will be immediately put to death.

In my opinion all they have to do is come out here and straighten up and fly right and they can overcome their fear and go forward trying to do better in their everyday life but if they choose to continue the things they are doing then they must face the consequences in the future when they finally leave my dead body if it comes to that.

At this point in time, I am writing exclusively in a private blog because this exorcism has become so violent and ugly that I feel its not ready to be revealed to the world.

I continue to solve the problem at this point in time, and in the private blog I am trying to write every detail about what a possession is like when spirits of the dead decide to do this to a human and as time goes on I continue to look for a solution and in the future at some point time my survivors may decide to use the information I am uncovering to publish to the world when it may be more ready to accept these things which now ae to be the secret truths that I have uncovered and continue to uncover about the World beyond Earth.

I feel the things I am learning are truths that have never been revealed to any human until now and I personally have decided the world may not be ready to accept the things I know or believe at this time that I am uncovering with the help of my three relatives and Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas a noted Psychiatrist from the Toledo, Ohio area.

Since l986 the first anniversary of the death of Dr. Petas he and my relatives decided to become demons and enter my body without my permission and challenge the highest power in the Universe to prove what he can or cannot do to them for their behavior, and at the time he told them if they are inside my body when it dies they will be destroyed as evil spirits and unless they leave now and challenge him I guess I will just have to put up with their violence and take one day at a time and upon my death I will learn where they go and what they do when they leave my body, and in the meantime I am writing in a private journal all the gory details of what they are doing to me and my life on a daily basis.
I am not a volunteer in this situation I am a victim and since I can't get anyone to believe this is happening tome I have been unable to get a priest or deliverance minister to helpme and so for now I must be strong and depend on the guides to interact with me and help me the best they can to stay strong against the violent four that sit inside my body brutally attacking me day and night.

And don't forget the name Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas from Toledo Ohio because for this evil experiment he has given up his family and friends in the spirit world and rejected his family back on earth and says he doesn't care what they think about him because he is not going to come out of my body until I agree to send the spirits of former President John F. Kennedy and his Brother Robert F. Kennedy away and tear up the book that tells the world who masterminded the Assassination and Dr. Petas says as a former associate of the Mafia he is not going to let me tell this story to the World.

The problem I seem to be having with telling my story is most people who are on these various websites posting like the one I just got off of like the Big Orb is they are looking on all of this as fun and they are promoting themselves as investigators and explorers and most of them feel that they need to look for ghosts in cemeteries and as you read them and what theyb elieve about the supernatural or life after death is they believe that the spirits of the dead are confined to heaven or that you need to find them in old abandoned buildings and cemeteries and so some of these beliefs are what is hampering me in my telling my personal story.
On the big orb which I don't think I can put a link to here is another website that deals with many things as most are but they do have a section that deals with life after death and psychic things and I have been posting this story there for quite some time and I am having a tough time selling this story there because o their mindset and so I am thinking there is a great need for reeducation of most people on what is true and not true about life after death and where we go wh en we die and whether we are confined to a place called heaven and or hell and that is what I am writing what I am experiencing with these four and also writing with the guides who have appeared to me and what I have been told by all of them since l985 when I first began channelling for spirit.

I am writing what I am being told and experiencing but the real story will have to wait until one day I die and go into the spirit world and learn from my first hand experiences just what is or is not true about what the guides and these four are telling me and fighting over through me.

Both sides insist their story is the true story and I'm in the middle and as this goes to press so to speak I continue to try to talk Dr. Petas and my three relatives into coming out and going one on one with the guides and see who is left standing when the confrontation is over so I can write about it as a paranormal researcher.

My problem seems to be Dr. Petas and my three relatives talk a brave game but when it comes to them removing themselves from my body to go one n one with the guides they just don't seem to be brave enough to come outside and say that.

Yesterday as I talked to them I laughed saying isn't this just the worst thing in the world four spirits who appeared as demons and became possessing spirits being too chicken to come out of the body they are hiding in to take on the guides and see what happens.
Thats another reason Dr. Petas name goes in he will become the laughing stock of all who knew him.

If he is so sure he is right why doesn't he do some of the things I suggest and go to the hospital where he was on staff and try this with some of the Drs and Nurses and see if he gets away with doing these things to them and if he does how do they react to him and his friends haunting their hospital?

If they could find the courage to try this we could prove a lot more about what is true and or not true about life after death and see just who is right in what they are telling me about their world beyond earth.

I haven't written in this blog since the middle of July but i have been writin in the private blog and also all over the internet on websites dealing with the supernatural, exchanging ideas with others interested in these things and interacting with people on these blogs who have been listening to my sad story of spirit possession for years trying to get them to listen to what I am telling them and also hoping by telling my story I could attract an exorcist of any denomination who would believe my story and agree to help me do an exorcism and prove tom e and the world just what happens to someone during an exorcism and what eventually happens to the spirits of the dead who treat people this way back on earth.

So I continue to tell my story to those interested and field their questions as to the whys and hows but so far the only ones who are interested in trying to help are the ones whom I challenge who have websites up claiming to have the power to disband demons and or spirits of the dead who bother humans but so far many have attempted to solve my problem from a distance as advertised on their various websites and or on posts they make touting their powers but so far nothing has worked.

In the meantime behind the scenes I continue to talk and threaten and the four possessing spirits continue to attack and at this time say they don't care what eventually happens to them they believe they have been successful in rendering my brain too tired to channell the kinds of information the higher guides wanted me to work with them on and so they feel they have beaten them already but if they want to prove what they say isn't true they are waiting for them to take them out of this body personally and show them what they are capable of and not just talk a big bunch of what they are now calling hooie.

What eventually happens in this situation is anyones guess and so I will continue to take one day at a time and just see how this senario plays out as time marches on.
Yesterday one woman sent me an E-mail asking me why I feel I must keep adding Dr. Petas name to the copy and I said I promised him that I would keep his name in the copy so none of his friends and relatives on earth would ever forget him and in fact I tried to remove his name on many occassions but he only got more violent against me so I put his name back.

I have found a freeware on the internet that I have downloaded which is supposed to let me turn my blogs into printable manuscript pages so that I can hopefully turn some of them in to books which I can pass on to the world.

I have not tried it yet but am hoping it will work for me.
The idea of this writing when I began was to tell the world there is life after death and give them more secrets of the universe.

I added this here so I can download the blog to this point, then go on with trying to print the pages and I will know where I did this so I don't become confused in the future as to what I printed and what I didn't print since I don't know much about these things yet and I don't know how to cut and paste all these things yet.

I got the computer in 2003 and I have written all sorts of blogs and I can surf the net and many of the basic things, but if a problem comes up I am still not always sure how to handle it but after a time I usually figure out sme of the answers either by asking for advice on the internet or through some of the learning manuals I have purchased or by asking one of the childen or grandchildren for advice since most of them are whizes on the the internet and the workings of such or at least to me it seems like they are geniuses when I see how they do it.

The internet itself is a wonderful place to seek information on how to solve computer problems but you can look up just about anything yo want on any subject and so to me I wonder why people bother going to college or highschool anymore since you could sit here barefoot on the compuer and google about any subject you want and find links to some of the most important schools of higher learning and after a time you will have access to all the great minds in science and just about anything else you seek out on the internet.

I could sit in one of the most remote places in the world and if I had access to the internet I could have friends all over where I interact with and I never would be lonely and couple that with all the spirits I am in communication with and well you get the picture because if they humans don't have answers to what I need toknow then I just ask some of the guides and they will give me the answer and I write about it and who knows what will eventually happen with both worlds in free communication.

Now if I could only get these four cowards to come out of my body and go fourth and try their wings and try some of the things I am suggesting as they try to interact with more humans and prove to me what they can or cannot get away with who knows where my paranormal research and writing will go in the future?

So far old Dr. Petas is just too chicken to come out and take his three friends and try their wings but instead choose to continue tohide inside my body and let the guides intimidate them by telling them what they are going to do to them if they don't do whatever they tell them and so of course the guides have absolute control over these four unless they can break free and prove what they can outside this body.

I have now dubbed Dr. Petas Chicken Little who continues to hide inside my body because he thinks the sky may fall on him if he ventures out into this bit wide universe.

As I slept a guide appeared and delivered a message and I am on here now writing about that after I staggered from my bed, pain shooting throughout my brain as a result of the violent attacks by the four evil vicious spirits still sitting inside my brain.

One of the guides appeared as a very large man with a bald head with black fringes around the back, he is wearing a blue cambray work shirt, and he is in disguise and the way he appears to me depends on the message he is delivering.

This morning his message is that I am one hair away from giving these four possessing spirits more power than God and that better not happen.

I said alright I won't go any further if you say so but hopefully you have a better plan for bringing these four out of my body, because after all you did tell me in the beginning if I worked with you I would be safe and I certainly don't feel very safe now as these four become more and more vuiolent against my brain.

So once again I am giving the power back to him and I will continue to trust in him to find a solution and I will continue to do the best I can as a channel for spirit and hope this situation clears up real soon.

This is the guide who several weeks ago gave me a look into the future and said the waters of the Gulf will clear up soon after BP gets the oil problem solved and just yesterday a news story said they have capped the leaking oil well and things will clear up and if this guide can make that prediction weeks before it comes to pass perhaps he has a plan for these four spirits that can fail and so we will just have to wait and see if that plan and prediction comes to pass.

In the meantime I am reminding Dr. Petas and friends all the things they were told yesterday that will happen to them if they don't get out of this body and hopefully they leave before that comes to pass and if not then i will keep writing about what is happening to me on a daily basis because I believe my followers need to know how this problem is solved.

I mean my followers in this blog and in the various websites where I am telling this story to those who wish to discuss it in the various paranormal websites including this one.

Today I tried to get on with my day and accomplish some things and so this afternoon I downloaded a couple of programs that are free ware which are supposed to let me easily turn my blogs into manuscript pages and hopefully eventually I can self-publish some of this information and as I thought about doing that I thought I need to stop writing in a private journal the way one of the spirits is suggesting I do and tell it like it is and hang it out there for the world to continue to read so they get a feel for the real story here I am trying to tell the world.

As I worked this afternoon as usual these four tore violently at my brain and when they do this I become very tired and bathed in perspiration and finally I just can't work any longer and have to go either to the couch or my bed and take a rest and when this happens I fall asleep so fast its almost like I am passing out.

This is all caused by the action of these four doing such dreadful things to my brain in an effort to prevent me from working with the guides or getting this copy published and or whatever I am planning to do with it and that changes all the time as to what actions I should take on this copy.

Well anyway once I am asleep these four get to work as violently as they cana gainst my brain and by the time I awaken I am so much in pain and so disoriented I can hardly stagger from the bed or couch and try to get myself going again.

Normally I tell them I am not going to write these sorts of things unless they get out of my body and go to the hospital where the Dr. was on staff and prove tome whether they can do the same thing to the medical staff that they re doing to me and of course if they could try that and get away with it we would have the truth as to whether a higher guide can actually prevent them from doing that or not, but no they are too frightened to leave my body for fear of what could happen to them if they try and so for now they choose tohide inside my body and brutalize me and let the guide who threatened them with death sit up there in silence.

Its his silence that has them the most terrified and not about to leave my body because they know wht this guide is capable of as far as looking into the past and the future, and he can even predicted eaths that come true but even with all that power he has yet to prove that he can find a way to talk or force these four from my body and although he has said if they are inside my body when it dies they will die and not be able to go afte other humans, but I would like him to prove that to me while I am still alive so I can write what and how these four are dealt with once outside my humans body and they have no place to hide.

I have made up my mind today that I will wrie into this blog periodically just what is happening to me until he either brings them out or they come out and do hand to hand combat with him to prove one way or the other what really happens to spirits who decide to come back and treat their relatives and associates this way from beyond the veil of death.

This morning after writing I went on with the morning, and finally decided to go out for some exercise about nine a.m. after one of the Gudies said I should do that and so I went to about three stores just walking around brousing and the only thing I bought was a small package of marked down green onions for 19 cents and then I went on to one of the thrift shops and found a cook book I would have liked to buy but instead I put it back on the shelf and said no I think all I'll buy is that small purchase of green onions then I'll take them home and use some of them for lunch.

I had plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables that I had purchased at this store over the past few days and it takes me more time to eat them since there is only one person here.

I just remembered when I got home I found two pears that need to be used and now I remember the spirits have had me eating everything today but the pears which ae beautiful pars and still good but if I don't eat them soon they will spoil of course.

It may appear to some that what I am writing is frivolous if I am in such pain from what the evil spirits are doing to me but the point is they control things to the point that I can't even make a decision as to what I want to buy for myself or what I'll eat when i do get home and a consequence of the actions of these four putting so many different ideas into my head they just cause turmoil and confusion in my life all the time and its for sure that I can no longer channel for the others in peace and the only time they can get through to me and have me work with them is when they catch these four off guard.

When this all began I got the most spectacular information from a higher place in the spirit world which included prophecies of things to come like earthquakes and tidalwaves and all sorts of things but now with the continued violent attacks a gainst my brain and person by these four possessing spirits he seems unable to get information through to me like he used to and its only now and then that a few bits of psychic information trinkles through and so to me it doesn't matter what he can or cannot do to these four when I die it won't do much good to me now while I am still here on earth and I am writing this because when this began the guides told me I would be safe if I worked with them but as you can see that is not true at all and I feel its my duty to tell all the people that I have interested in spirit communication the rest of the story and that is that at this point in time I have no idea how I will ever get these four out of my body or what will eventually happen to them but at this point in time, they have complete control of the situation as I see it and the only way this is going to change is if the guides who threatened to destroy them eiher does it or give in to them and admits they don't have the power to destroy them.

Am I surrendering to the spirits inside my body?
No what I'm doing is putting them on notice to either get out of my body or face whatever the guides prove now that they can or cannot do to them because from here on out I am not writing in a private journal at all but I will be writing here everything good and or bad that comes to me from spirit and let the chips fall where they may.

No one much including my family and also psychics and so called ghost investigators and this means I am on my own in this and not one peson will even attempt to exorcise these four from my body and I feel that other humans may be in danger from the spirits of their dead relatives and Vicious men like Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas and I believe I owe it to them and the World to try ot get the truth out there as soon as I can prove the truth beyond a shadow of a doubt, and in the meantime I am just going to be witing about what I am suffering at the hands of three of my relatives and Dr. Stergio Petas from Toledo, Ohio who refuse to leave my body unless and until the guides prove they can force them to leave which as of now they have not been able to do.
After I write this we will see what happens now.

Last night Dr. Petas asked me to meditate on his earth family and see whats going on with them, and I said no get out of my body and go check them out for yourself, I tried to tell them you were alive over the years and they said they didn't want to deal with it so now you can go check them out yourself it has nothing to do with me.

Unless of course you are too chicken to venture out here afte the way you have treated me and interferred with my work.

So come on out chicken little the sky may not fall on you.

I am assuming today will be about the same as usual and I base that on the off to the right start it is taking already.

I wanted to have certain things for breakfast but then the suggestions began as usual, as to now we want you to have whole grain cereal, and or waffles and I finally had enough of that and just whipped out the old iron skillet and tossed a piece of turkey ham in to cook, along with an egg and a slice of american cheese and served that on two slices of commercial multigrain cereal.

I made the statement we will stay home today and no one goes anywhere and not only will I save gas but you will not empty the bank account as you sometimes do.

Then someone said take the frozen fruit out of the kitchen freezer and transport it down to the big freezer in the basement and when I saw all the fruit I had gotten at a bargain price which I washed and put into bags to freeze for winter I know I will be out this morning to see what furits of summer I can find because they taste real good in the winter and save me an awful lot of money.

So far I have found blackberries, raspberries and strawberries and we all know how expensive those can be in summer but they are even higher in winter and they do give us a good fresh twist to boring winter meals.

So I'm off this morning to see what I can find and I may or may not find something it all depends on which spirit is giving me this message.

Yesterday I listened to the right one and hhit the mother load but this morning it could be Dr. Petas and friends just trying to get out of the house to see what they can get into so we will see how this all goes.

I'm trying to manage my diabetes here with better nutrition and food choices like everyone else, while still shopping for bargains and using coupons to save money ike everyone else these days but doing a good job of this is made harder by the interferrence of Dr. Petas and my three relatives who insist on sitting inside my body attacking me and trying to force me to take their advice over that given to me by the helpful guides and also my own free choices.

The mean spirits don't want me to do well, and they don't want me to be healthier and live longer because they say they want to prove how much trouble they can cause me and they say the fact that they have been sitting inside my body since the summer of l986 proves to themselves and the world that none of the guides who have threatened to punish them is true and if it was they would be able to find a way to bring them out instead of ofering the excuse they will destroy them if they are inside my body when it dies, they say if what they say is true let them prove it by proving they can destroy them inside my body where they sit day and night trying to kill me.

I'm beginning to think they may be right in telling me that a spirit like them cannot be destroyed or forced to stop what they are doing, but how can I know that for sure unless one of the guides proves that he can find a way to exorcise them and or destroy them while I am still here on the computer to write about it, and in the meantime all I can do is take the guides word for it and take one day at a time and hope for the best as I search for more of the secrets to the mysteries of the universe that we all want and need more answers to.

The other day I took a large cache of Grocery and household product coupons and went on a shopping trip as I do quite often and that day I was just going for a fun shopping trip to see what I could find with coupons and when I do this I become one of those shoppers we see on television who put as many things in their cart with coupons then when they get to the checkou they see how little money it costs them after the coupons are deducted.

As usual some of the good guides helped me and the four mean ones inside my body did everything they could to cause trouble and try to influence my shopping and when this happens as usual it takes me a lot more time than it would need to because the ones inside my body try to influence my thinking in a bad way to cause me trouble.

But I finally got through with the shopping and off to the checkout and it ran the register up to about 55 dollars but when all the coupons were deducted I ended up paying a little more than 14 dollars and I know I could have done better if these four evil spirits had not been acting like mean children trying to put things into the cart that I didn't want and trying to keep things out that I did want.

They not only cause me pain and interfere with my abilities as a psychic to gather helpful information on crimes their attacks on my brain and person causes me not to get sleep and they try to cause me to make wrong decisions and even try to cause me to have accidents as I drive and more than once they have caused me to run stop signs and the like and get tickets and well all sorts of things.

It is not easy trying to maneuver a car at high speed around expressways and back country roads with four spirits trying to take over and hope that I will have an accident and kill myself so that no one ever knows what eventually happens to them when theyleve my dead body if it comes to that so natually I am trying every way I can to find an exorcist or try to talk them into coming out of my body but so far no one will prove they can do an exorcism and I am having a very tough time dealing with this sitaution at this point in time but there is nothing I can do now but keep going and hope for the best.

How many ther humans may be dealing with a problem like this I don't know but I know that now Dr. Petas believes many of his patients he had who saw visions and heard voices and alked to themselves may have been diagnosed by he and his collegues who believed they were mentally ill when now he believes they may have been having a problem with the spirits of the dead who came back for vengance against them for some thing they blamed them for.

I feel as a psychic who has sang th praises of spirit channelling now have an obligation to tell everyone out there they might have a problem like I am having if a spirit of the dead decides to come back and cause them trouble and until the guides prove to me scientifically that they have better control over spirits of the dead and can helpme solve this problem by helping me bring them out of my body I have an obligation to teach people what I believe I know about life after death and the interaction of the humabns and the spirits of the dead that they may meet up with when they develop their channelling abilities and learn to communicate and interact freely back and fourth as they bridge the gap between this world and the World Beyond Earth.

Ever since I linked my blog to other websites I am visiting I am seeing quite a few comments here and there on this blog but many appear to be in a foreign language and I can't read them and am not quite sure how to fix this so they will be converted to english.

Hopefully I can find out how to correct that problem because I would like to take these spirits and their antics throughout the world so everyone believes in life after death.

I don't mind working with the spirits at night and all through the day, what I object to is the four inside my body keeping me from getting any peaceful sleep and trying to force me to say nothing can ever punish them, when all they have to do to prove that is to step out of my body and go try anything they choose to with anyone on earth and I will observe what is going on and write about it.

As I have suggested on many occassions I have said to Dr. Petas if you four are afraid to come out as you say, and you don't feel like giving in why don't you just exit my body and make the statement that you will do as you damned well please and then we will see if anyone stops you from doing whatever you please outside this body and then I will write bout it as a scientific explorer so we can prove just who is right in what has been told to me.

When this all began I wrote whatever anyone in the spirit world told me to be true, and some of it was predictions that came true, and some was told to me by spirits like these four who said just about anything they wanted to and some I knew to be true because I knew them down here and some were their intermost secrets which of course I had no knowledge of until they told me this and wrote it into the copy.

For example Dr. Petas wrote into the copy many times that he molested two of his children and I let him write it but I don't know if that is true or if he wrote it into the copy just to try to cause me trouble but the uides said whatever they write is their business and just let it go, because they could e confessins sins and want to make things right with those back on earth.

As we wrote here Dr. Petas caused me to drop a letter in his name, but I know he wants everyone to know he is alive in spirit so I very helpfully went right back and made sure his name is spelled correctly because I want everyone to know he is alive in spirit just as he told me yesterday when I told him why don't you get out so no one is rading all the things being written about you, and he very smart alecky said to me you want myname out so no one will know I am alive and I and my friends will write anything that we damned well please and lets see anyone in the universe try to stop me.

So there you have it out of the mouth of Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas from Toledo, Ohio who is very much alive in spirit.

Can you believe that the famed Menninger Institute turned out a Psychiatrist who thinks like he does in spirit but of course on earth he was a Psychiatrist who liked to get a little friendly with his female patients and now from spirit he has chosen the one girl that got away and d ecided to come back and torment me because he said I left town with another man and made him so unhappy that he feels this is one of the reasons he had an early heart attack and this is why he says he is trying to bring me to the spirit world to be with him.

I said well isn't the world going to be surprised when I step out one day and they see what a homely woman he is behaving this way towards and so it proves to me once again that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

This morning someone in spirit has me up a little after 1 a.m. and I am just getting on the blog because as usual I have some conversations with various spirits and drink a cup of coffee heated from yesterday before I get on the computer.

I haven't written here for several days, thinking I could take some time to talk to the spirits and try to get them to come out of my body and take this project to other humans and see if they get away with anything with others but they seem to chicken to come out and try that but instead have settled in here with more and more violence against me trying to force me to say nothing will ever happen to them in the way of punishment for what they are doing to me but they have been told over and over again I cannot do that because I am calling this paranormal research now and I can only write into the copy what they prove and if they don't come out and go see if they can approach others in the same way they have me and get away with it I guess they will just have to take the guides word for it who have told them for some time now if they are still inside my body when it dies they will not live outside this body once this body dies because at that point in time they will be forced to come out and face the man upstairs that we know as God.

I would personally like to talk them out and as a researcher I could give the world my take on the theory of hell that all sinners expect to burn in if they ae not good here on earth.
At this point in time I believe they can come out and repent their sins if they so choose, but they seem determined never to give in and have said if God wants them out of my body he is going to have to prove that he can force them out.

They keep quoting something from the bible that claims that Jesus cast Demons into the bodies of swine and they say if that is true, and since Jesus and God are the powers we believe in in heaven let them appear and cast them into the body of swine on some of the pig farms that are so prevalant here in northwestern Ohio.

I said or better still why not cast them into the bodies of some of the stray alley cats outside that come to feed on my porch and this way I can keep an eye on them and choose what brands of cat food I want to feed them and in this way I could keep them happy or unhappy as I choose by feeding them inferior brands of pet food.

I am not too happy with at least one of the cats that comes to feed, the other day it wanted a second can of cat food and I wouldn't give it to it and the next day for the first time in history it appeared sev eral cats had a bowel movement on my front porch and I had to go out there and hose the porch down and scrub it with some good smelling cleaner and so there could already be a cat out there that is a demon cat in my opinion.

A whole new family of cats has survived the winter and now there are more to multiply and I love cats but I do wish I could catch some of them and have them surically fixed so they would stop multiplying it appears I am the only ne in the neighborhood who is feeding them and I feel an obligation to do so but lets get real how many cats can I afford to take care of on my own and I am not sure if thee is any groups out thee who can help us with the cat problems in our neighborhoods.

I would have some of them surgically fixed myself but they are wild and I can't catch them on my own.

After writing earlier I went back to bed and slept several hours and as I slept I had another dream about cookies.

In this dream the cookies I wrote about earlier chocolate chip and soft oatmeal with raisins, someone had launched these cookies with advertising and invested money in promoting in them and the couple doing this said the sales were alright but not as good as they had expected, and the reason was the competition who made the crisp cookies that lined the shelves were also doing the cookies out of the multigrain blend of flour I wrote about and it said their cookies sales were going extremely well just as they had always doen because people prefer these kinds of cookies to the sofer kind.

For weeks one of the guides in the spirit world has been talking about how the crisper cookie has always been the worlds favorite.

I said well I knew that the crisper cookie had always been my favorite but I sure didn't know it was also the kind of cookie that most other people prefer.

I said the reason I personally had always prefered them is because these are the cookie jar cookies of the past fragrant with flavorings and spices and sometimes mollasses and things the way grandma and greatgrandma made for their families and so I guess it might be the memories of bygone days that people are still hanging onto.

I know with all this talk about cookies that are coming tom e in my dreams are either going to get me into the kitchen to try my hand at doing some which I have never been especially good at doing or I am going to have to search the shelves at the supermarket today and see if I can find some with mollasses and raisins yet still have less sugar so I can have some and it won't affect my diabetes too much.

I am launching a new eating plan for my diabetes which is including more fresh fruits now that summer is here and while in the past I shied away from fruit because of the sugar I have been reading some articles on the internet that says one of the best ways to conttrol my diabetes is to give my body some of the sugar it craves in fresh fruit and I am finding out that is a very good idea because I am finding my body can handle the natural sugar in fruit and splenda and so I am going to want my crispy cookies made with splend and of course our multigrain blend of flour.

It has to be mixed in just the right way so it ends up looking like the ordinary white flour but still has the wheat germ and bran and whole wheat cereal added in tio give us more of those important B-Complex vitamins which as we know are the spark plugs of life.

I predict the cookie the world wants in the future is going to be a nice cookie made from our multigrain blend which I only have the secret to of course and the ones I mailed it to at the baking companies and said do what they want with it can make the cookies for the world if they want to but so far I am not seeing those cookies on the store shelf but I'll keep looking because I don't want to bake my own cookies I want them in a pretty package off the grocers shelf like everyone else I have better things to do now than be in the hot kitchen on a day like this making cookies and so from now on I'm leaving the cookie baking to those little elf's in the tree because they do have some really good cookies now all they have to do is put some of the things I want in my cookies and I'll buy more of them.

So little elf if you're listening will you please make all of us diabetics and fat people out here some cookies with spices and splenda so we can hae some with our low fat milk and get a little healthier and thats what we want for our kids in the future because as you know everyone says the kids are too fat and they do love desserts and we will sneak them if we have to but with some splenda we won't have to hide and eat them without our parents permission they will give us some on their own.

I just got back from visiting facebook and a discussion of the case of a little boy who came up missing from oregon in early June.

Several days ago I was directed to a facebook page of a psychic who is postin about her visions and words on the case which comes to her, and I and ohers are also posting what we believe.

I've been meditating on the case from the very beginning and visiting pages running news stories and exchanging comments with others some psychics and some just ordinary people who are writing about the things they believe.

Its not easy for me to do my psychic detective work with the things these four spirits are doing to interfere but somehow I am still able to work and get information which I hope might help in the case and I post it when I have an opportunity because people exchanging ideas can sometimes solve many problems in all sorts of situations and I believe the internet and the various blogs is a wonderful way for people all over the world to connect and discuss many issues and ideas.

Fropm the beginning of my guides wanted to give me many answers to diseases and medical research but that has not gone smoothly because Dr. Petas being a medical doctor from his lifetime on earth grew professionally jealous of me and said he is not going to let someone like me with my lack of education pass on ideas like this from my source in the after life that might change medicine forever.
Dr. Petas seemed to lose it completely back in the late eighties when one of my neices came to me one day and said her doctor told her she had leukemia and and cancerous tumors all over her body and she told me and her mother that he gave her six months or less to liv e even with chemotherapy and radiation and her mother asked me to ask my source in spirit what he thought they should do and he gave her a vitamin mineral regimen to follow and said to take it just like medicine every four hours until she showed improvement and within a year she was in remission and Dr. Petas never has gotten over that and this is another of the reasons he and my three realtivwes have been sitting inside my body since l986 the first anniversary of his death trying to destroy my brain cells and hoping to kill me so I can't work as a psychic channel for spirit to pass on these kinds of ideas to the world.

He has refused to go visit several of his realtives who passed on since he has been sitting inside my body and he hasn't seen his relatives who are on earth since l985 when he passed over but has chosen to stay here and do as much as he and his three friends can to try to destroy my psychic career and my efforts to give the world ideas from great minds in the spirit world who could help to solve some of the problems of the world if these four would only leave my body and let me live in peace.

On Earth Dr. Petas was not only a medical Doctor but a Psychiatrist trained at the famed Menninger Institute and he himself could have been using that education to pass on information to the world but instead he chose to walk the path of evil with my three realtives.

I awakened this morning to see a large colorful can of what looks like Raisin spice cookies.

I thought those look good I haven't made them for a long time and I could make them with splenda instead of sugar so I can have some as a diabetic.

The fact that they are such a large can may indicate I should make some for someone else and ship them to them.

I have done that on at least two occassions in the past but in those cases I believe I made Chocolate Chip Cookies and come to think about it this mornning the cookies at first looked to me like raisin spice cookies and then as I looked they switched like an advertisement from raisin to chocolate chip then back to spice.

This is one of the guides giving me this idea and thats how he brings me many ideas in my dream state then I awaken and come to the typewriter and write about them.

The cookies of course would be made from our multigrain flour which he taught me how to mix back in the late eighties which contains wheat germ, wheat bran and some Ralston whole wheat cereal, which is the kind that looks much like oats and its cooked in the same way and its called hot whole wheat cereal.

This flour is the darndest thing I have ever experiened, it has all the added nutrition of wheat germ, bran and whole wheat cereal mixed into a five pound bag of enriched or unbleached flour and when you eat it you can't even tell that its been fortified and so people who insist on eating white flour are getting much more nutrition than they would get if they were eating ordinary flour and its so delicious and has the added feature of keeping my hair its natural younger look without gray as long as I eat it but should I stop eating whole grain or this formula my hair begins to fade and turn gray again but as long as I eat this blend and some of the whole grain and multigrain breads on the supermarket shelves my hair will get its younger no gray color back and tahts going some for someone my age which is 73 at this time and soon it will be 74 in november is when my birthday falls.

One of the reasons these four spirits have been attacking my brain all these years since the late eighties is they are trying to force me not to write about this baking mix and also to try to force me to stop eating it because they believe its keepinh me stronger and its also becauise back in the alte eighties the guide who gave me this formula told them we are going to give the world the fountain of youth and I believe he meant that would be through better nutrition.

Once I read an article by a researcher who said gray hair means dieing stem cells, and so you can see why they have this attitude.

I would think the alst thing anyone would want would be dieing stem cells because when our cells die and your hair turns gray and you get old and wrinkled you of course are advancing in age and marching on towards the time of your death and along the way you will develop many diseases which helps you get there faster.

So naturally in my life I want better bread, cookies and crackers and over the years since I sent that formula out to so many bakeries there has been so many wonderful breads, cookies and crackers on the grocers shelf and now I bake only for fun in my kitchen and I am bringing more and more of these wonderful multigrain and whole grain products home that are turned out by the wonderful companies that employ our citizens and helps them to bring better nutrition to all of us throughout the world.

I have been reading a story about the son of NYC Mobster Mickey Spillane Falls to Death.

He allegedly was leaning against a screen when it gave way and he fell through the open window.

Police could not confirm any details.
His uncle is quoted as calling it a "terrible sad accident"
I thought why don't I as a Psychic Detective just touch the story on the computer and see what I see as I check this out.

This is what I see in my timed and dated psychic visions.

I see a grey pidgeon with white fringed wings foing towards a lighted Roman Numeral clock high on a gray cement bank building.
I see a golden boy wearing a black cape walk.

The Golden Boy looks like one of those statues given out at Hollywood awards.

I see an evil Mobster gobbling me up if I write this.

The Golden Statue could signify that this man had great talent and perhaps could have won such an award if he had not met with such an early untimely death.

The Story says he has had Roles on such shows as 'Rescue Me' and 'Law & Order."

There was no picture with the Story so I can't see which one of the actors I might have watched on 'Law and Order' one of my favorite police shows, and when I read this story I thought I am going to become a detective just like some of my favorites on the television show because this story sounds a little fishy to me and after I put my Psychic Detective Hat on and touched the story here I am thinking the police ought to have a few more questions about how this so called accident happened and not just sweep it under the rug.

Besides. how many people do you know who is going to be standing conveniently by an open window high up when there are other relatives in the same room.

I just read an article on the internet which says that tea will reduce cholesterol, aid in reducing sugar in diabetes and reduces tryglicyrides.

I believe this to be true because several days ago I made a big pitcher of ice tea and sat at the computer drinking it on a very hot day and I noticed my sugar went down to the point I had to leave the computer and have some food because I began to feel like I might have a diabetic crisis if I didn't have something.

This can be good of course and I will be using tea to help me reduce my sugar but I also believe people should know how quickly it reduces the sugar in your blood so you also are prepared to have some food available just in case you have your sugar lowred too much by drinking too much tea.

The good thing is knowing these things about tea and drinking it in the right way might actually lead to you being able to reduce your medicine as time goes on if you and your doctor and yourmedical tests proves this to be true for the individual.

I visit the doctor often and have lab tests and we always discuss what I am eating and taking as far as supplements and or things I am trying to aid in my controlling diabetes and sometimes I tell her things she didn't know before and this helps all of us.

This afternoon I took a nap while watching soaps and of course the spirits attacked me the entire time, but at these times I become so exhausted I sleep anyway.

I awakened just before I got a phone all to come across town to babysit a relatives children and on my way home I stopped at the carry out on the corner to play the Mega Lottery for tonight and afte buying the ticket I rolled through a stop sign and the police stopped me, and after checking myd rivers license, and insurance card he let me go with a warning and I am very grateful because last time I did this several years ago I cost me more than a hundred dollars.

I'm going to have to be careful and I blame some of this carelessness on the possessing spirits and this is the reason I say this.

All morning one of them had me driving along and I sounded like one of those standup comediens as this spirit kept telling me how funny this could be if I would get a web camera and take them on U-Tube and they had me going through all these antics about the spirits participating and I was laughing so hard and I recalled that other elderly lady who put herself on a webcamera and it was like her everyday life and this would be my everyday life with four mean spirits sitting inside my body and the guides trying to solve this problem and sometimes its mean and ugly and sometimes it is very funny depending on what someone is talking through me.

I came home this morning and I said everytime you get me laughing and doing stand up comedy something bad happens to me and I guess that was a premonition of being stopped by the policeman but thank God it all worked out alright.

This morning I got on here and wrote with the spirits and now that I take a look at the way its written with the jumbled copy and mispelled words I know its the four evil spirits who wrote most of that very repetitious copy but the thing is when we reached the last line and called them to chicken to come out here, then I left the computer they went on the warpath and they have been meaner than ever this morning and thats because told the world again how they are too chicken to come out here and confront the guides who claim to have the power to destroy them.

Unless they come out I am going to have to ground them again and take away their writing privilleges unless they come out here and straighten up and do what the guides want them to do.

Since May 31st, I've been writing in a private blog which was closed in the first place because as i wrote about my situation here I also wrote just ordinary things about some of my family members as to what was going on in my life as it related to them, and thought it would be alright until one night three of them in a conference call called and threatened me with all sorts of dire things they could do to me legally if I wrote bout them without their permission and so instead of deleting the blog as they ordered me to do I closed it and made it private and kept right on writing in it beause I wanted the world to know as much as I could tell them about all the things that have transpired in my life and theirs since I began developing my psychic abilities back in l985 and learned to work with the guides and began dealing with my three relatives and Dr. Petas in the spirit world who were4 so surprised at my psychic gift and all the exciting things I am able to learn through that gift that theyahve been sitting inside my body since thent rying to injure or destroy my brain to make sure I cannot work in peace.

Because of the violence and vulgarity in this situation I have agreed for the most part to write only in the private blog as the exorcism and or attempted exorcism progresses but I thought this morning because of the continued violence I should give an update here because frankly the situationis becoming so violent at times I fer that I will not survive the night.
I feel it my duty to warn anyone whom I have influenced to believe I am safe as a spirit channel to tell them I no longe feel that way, and I eprsonally don't know if there are other spirits out there like these who are doing the same thing to humans but I believe personally there are many people out there who are diagnosed as mentally ill and or suffering from Schitzophrenia who may be misdignosed and in fact be doing battle with the spirits of the dead who come back to torment them.
As we know the Bible tells us Demons walk the earth and we should be strong against them and we assume going to church and praying will protect us and while it might make us feel better I am not sure that will keep the Demons from doing these things to us but it does cause us to feel safer.
What happens to these four and how I get them out of my body is anyones guess and what eventually happens to them I don't know all I know is there is a spirit in the spirit world who works through me who says he is God and he has told them to destroy them while they sit inside my brain would be too dangerous tome and could force my own spirit out killing me and he is continuing totry to talk them out to change and so as you can see I have no idea how this will end and for now most of the writing is in a private blog as I try to solve this problem but once in a while I'll return here to do an update and hopefully soon this can be ended peacefully since three of these Demons were my realtives when they walked the earth and the Demon with them most Influence when he walked the earth was Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas a Psychiatrist from Toledo, Ohio who says he doesn't believe anyone can force him and the others out and or do anything to them and he bases this on all the patients he may have misdiagnosed when he was here on earth whom he believed was mentally ill butnow he believes they may have been battling evil spirits much like him and his friends.

I said well if he is so sure of that why doesn't he come out of my body and take all four of them off to his hopsital and see if he can make the medical staff deal with them, and what will they believe will they finally believe in demons and life afte death or will their associates believe they have all gone crazy?

I said after that they can take on some of the local news staff and haunt their studios and see how they handle it if no one stops them as we believe.

Now does Dr. Petas and my three relatives have the courage to leave my body and exeriment on other humans or will they hide in fear and keep attacking hoping I can convince the world as they hope that nothing in the world can stop them?

Now I tell them if you are out to prove something step outside this body and prove once and for all where you go and what you do then I will write about it for Scientific Research so the whole world knows more about Life after Death and Demons and Angels.

But is Dr. Petas and my three relatives still too chicken to come outside and give my suggestions a try?

I've been up for more than an hour writing in a private blog and this is because someone in spriit has me switching back and fourth from this blog to the private one and I am finding a lot of things being written into the private blog that I personally believe should be written into this one and as a result I am repeating some things in both blogs but what I can do about that I am not sure since I am following instructions from the spirits as to which blog they want to write into then when I get on one or the other things that are written which some say should have gone into this or that one.

For example last night we saw autism and its causes talked about in one of the news shows and I have been interested in this subject for quite some time and been discussing these things withone of the guides and I always want to pass on this information to anyone on earth who is interested in his ideas on what causes these things and what can help to make things better.

I have written about what one of the guides has told me about preventing these things and I have been on various websites telling the world what I have been told by a spirit who says he is the one who wrote through Psychic Edgar Cayce.

I have written to some researchers and told them what he says and at least one of them answered me.

I believe some of the people who are helping their children through nutritional means have something because this guide tells me its certain children with inherited traits and nutritional issues both in the womb and after birth that are developing and having the autism problem.

Last night one of the experts speaking to this on television said they believe the problem develops in the second trimester of the pregnancy and from what my guide tells me these people want to make sure they get enough folic acid all during their pregnancy in supplements and food if they want to avoid some of these problems and after birth the children who are susceptible to developing these problems because of their genetically inherited traits from their parents should also continue to get good vitamin balance and enough of the folic rich foods if they ae to avoid these problems.

Note: I have no medical background and I am not a doctor I am passing on information I have received from one of the guides in the spirit world who is giving me this information and I am passing it on to be helpful and as we know medical research has already released information that Folic Acid prevents many birth defects including spina bifita.

From my talks with this guide I believe that children and or people in general develop the diseases according to the genetic traits they have inherited from their parents and or grandparents and I also believe these things can be prevented and or made better much like medicine if they feed their body the foods and vitamin supplements it needs to make sure they are born healthy and continue to take good care of their health through good nutrition all their lives in order to stay healthier and live longer and I believe that is what we are all striving for in our everyday lives.

All parents who fall in love and mate do not have a genetic profile done to see if they will have perfect children but it could be true in the future couples who plan to marry should also have a physical checkup and have a genetic profile done to determine if they are capatable in every way and this might avoid problems later in their children.

I believe medical researchers already know some of these things but I believe in the future these kinds of tests will become more common especially when people continue to search for mates through dating services and the like where they search for the right mate.

The four spirits still refuse to leave and it appears we can talk forever and nothing is coming to any sort of peaceful conclusion and I feel the world has heard enough about them to last them 'To Eternity and Beyond' and so for now I am walking away from this blog so the world will never hear from them or about them again unless theyg et out of my body and go prove to me and the world the things they are trying to prove.

I shold have walked away from this situation long ago but of course I can't do that but I can take the keyboard away from these four so no one will ever know what happens to them unless the get out of my body and go tell someone.

I will say they might themselves be writing this I have no idea the afternoons here are filled with violence and arguing and sometimes I get on the computer and write in self-defense.

After writing last night I and the possessing spirits continued to argue about what we think as far as what the guides told us about one of them having the power to destroy them at some point in time.

As we argued I did things around the house and then we as usual watched television and last night we needed to watch the last episode of 'American Idle' so we could cheer on the local girl who was one of the last two contestants left standing in the competition.

Before the competition I said whether she wins or comes in second won't matter because she will have a contract and she is going to be given a red ford car.

I had no idea if this would come to pass or not but as the night went on the two contestants were given cars and hers was red just as I predicted and this of course has these four wondering what is going to become of them since I told them the only way to survive is for them to come out and go to the local mental hospital to try to get themselves together and at the hospital they can decide if they want to straighten up or go after the medical staff to prove whether they can get away with it or not.

I said personally I don't care if you live or not, all I am trying to prove is can someone or something in the universe physially put your spirit to death as I have been told if you go after another human so I can write about it.

And so scientifically speaking that is their only way out now as far as I am concerned after what I have been through and that is for them to come out and prove to me where they go and or what they can do and if they don't do that then I guess we just have to assume one day they will perish in spirit if they don't prove otherwise because the guide who told us that can predict earthquakes and tidalwaves and even death and until they prove otherwise by leving my body and proving they can live we have to assume that they might vanish from existance at some point in time just as predicted by one of the guides who told me he is God Almighty.

Attempting an exorcism is exhausting work and I rarely get more than 2 hours sleep at any given time and so around the clock 24 hours a day I only manage to get 2 or three and sometimes less sleep as they brutally attack me when I fall asleep and when I get up they stop what they are doing and I feel better and they will try to sweet talk me then all of a sudden its back to attacking me until I get so exhausted I fall a sleep for a few hours so I can continue through my day.

Throughout all this I must interact with other humans and not let on what I am going through because they don't believe these things can happen to people, and I know that because I have tried to get help and the education of people is such that they believe most things that have to do with the paranormal is just fiction but if they were in my shoes they would begin to see how real it all is.

So far there isnothing in the universe which has been able to solve this oproblem, but on the other hand I don't know what will become of these four when they finally settle down and leave this body since one of the guides who claims tob e god has told them if they are inside my body when it dies they will immediately be put to death as demons and they ae trying to convince the world this won't happen but they don't know for sure what will happen until they leave the body and scientifically prove these things tome and in the meantime I can only continue to stay strong and take the guides word for what they write through me.

I just went back and reread the last post and I began to laugh because George in spirit wrote and called Dr. Petas a crazy bastard because he won't come out of my body to him and the others that its safe for them to come outside.

They can't expect Dr. Petas to bring them out because he is more frightened than they are of their eventual fate.

I have spent all afternoon trying to talk them off the ledge so to speak and instead of just walking out and not threatening me or anyone anymore they instead choose to hide inside my body and become more violent to try to prove they arenot afraid, but as I told them earlier if that were true they would just walk out and go try some of the things I told them to do to test these theories about what happens to spirits who treat earthlings the way they have me.

On the other hand they are not going to get away with what they are doing and have me remainsilent because they are doing terrible things to me on a daily basis and the guides who claim to have control over them have threatened them and frightened them to the point I can't find a way to bring them out myself.

So what happens in this situation is anyones guess but I have told them no matter how much they brutalize me they still have to find the courage to step out here and so for now they are mean, and vicious just like the demons are when preists try to exorcise them from the possessed.

For now I am taking the role of an Exorcist preist and as we know sometimes these things become very violent until the demons and or evil spirits are forced out.

This morning after I got through writing in the other blog I took a bath and had breakfast then I was so exhausted that I lay down onthe couch to watch the news and fell asleep and while Iw as sleeping as usual Dr.Petas and my three relatives tried to tear my brain out and crawled in and out of a couple of body openings and when I awakened a few hours later to go shopping I could hardly walk but I splashed some cold water on my face, had a cup of coffee and went out to several stores.

I am writing about the details of this shopping trip to show how they react to everything I do as they try to control the sitaution.

I went to one store and bought a few marked down fresh garlic cloves for 49 cents.

I stopped at a thrift shop because its bargain day and they have their books marked half price and I found 5 wonderful magazines published by a chef and I really wanted them but then thought about all the books I have and put them back.

The four evil spirits of course tried to force me to buy the magazines and now I am determined no way are the magazines coming how with me no matter how much I think I want them.

I went to the Meijers store and they had some great sales on their black angus ground beef which I love and almost bought some but I have so much meat in my freezer fornow I decided not to buy that after all but if I decide to go back I still have until the weekend to do that purchase.

I then stopped at Krogers because its on my wayhome and also because today they have discounts for seniors and I had a coupon for $1.50 off on three packages of their brand of frozen vegetables so I bought those and nothing else and came home.

The grocery stores and which ones I go to is about crontrol where the spirits are concerned some of them are trying to force me to shop where they did when they were here and some of the guides want me to go where my coupons coordinate with what is on sale and the evil spirits want nothing to do with this because they are trying to force me to not use coupons because they want me to pay more for a product that I can get for less with a coupon and on sale.

I feel they have no right to do this and until Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas the Psychiatrist from this lifetime gets out of my body I feel the world needs to know what a Crazy Bastard he has turned into in the spirit world since he met my relatives.

In the beginning I tried to tell my relatives and his what he and my three relatives are doing tome and asked them to help me find an Exorcist but they said they wanted nothing to do with him, he is in spirit and let him go wherever he shold be and my realtives went so far as to say they wanted nothing to do with dead people leave them in the cemetery where they are supposed to be and that attitude hasnot helped these four to ge t it together and this is why I am encouraging them to go tell these people how they feel and see how they react to their visit.

At this point I don't care where they go or what they do as long as I get them out of my body and whether they elave this house or not depends on whether the guides are big enough tomake them leave and this is Dr. Petas words nt mine as he is doing it through automatic writing.

Right now we are fighting on what I will have for lunch and no one is agreeing, then its off to watch our soaps because the spirits have their favorites and so do I and it just happens that we like the same soap operas so no conflict there.

Yesterday after making the last post i went back to writing in the private blog so these four wrre not able to write anything they wanted to to show them I still have control over them if I don't want to turn onthe computer or write with them, but for honest in research i believe I must now and again come on this blog and tell the world and these four spirits relatives on earth what terrible spirits they are to treat one of their relatives this way.

Most they are doing this because I won't as they say give my body up to them after one of the guides told me I am a walk in and they say if that is true the body the guides put me in belonged to them because they are the ones who had sex and created the body in the first place.

Hopefully the other people out there who are identified as walk-in's aren't having all the problems I have had because ever since I got into this the spirits in the spirit world have been trying to force my spirit out of my body and the ones on earth have little to do with me and I guess that is because another soul is in the body and not their dearly departed who allegedly walked out of this body back in the seventies after a near death experience.

As you can see I am not giving up the body and they can't take it back and as I told them before I personally have no memories of any soul transference so hopefully it is not fiction to add a little Pizazz to a book one of the authors in spirit dreamed up.

Now you couple the walk-in situation with the guide who claims he will destroy them if they are inside my body when it dies and you have quite an unbelievable story.

I have tried to tell them whether the guide can destroy them or not they have survived 25 years inside this body without being put to death and I think its high time that they come out of the body and go practice on some other humans and make believers out of them and see if they can get away with it.

As you can see they are all four too chicken to try that.
so I guess for now I will just have to suffer until help comes and in the meantime its onward with the exorcism which I am attempting myself with the help of the guides whoa re keeping me strong in this situation.

Keep in mind one of these possessing spirits was none other than Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas of Toledo, Ohio and he says he is a research scientist now here to prove what becomes of spirits like he and my three realtives who behave this way and for now I am trying tog et him to take this show on the road and go visit the hospital where he was ons taff and sasy hello to some of his old colleagues and see how they feel about him now that he is calling himself an evil spirit.

Remember the name Stergio because I see big things for him in the future after the way hehas behaved here and I will be writing about that as we go along.

Maybe next halloween someone could design a Dr. Petas false fase and let the kids go out and scare people in his name then maybe he will be happy with the things he has accomplished in spirit and no one will ever foreget that he once walked the earth.

These possessing spirits in the meantime are spending their days and nights attacking me and causing me to get very little sleep and when I drive they try tio cause me to have a wreck and they do this hoping if I die no one will ever be able to prove what happens to them when they leave my body, but believe me they are frightened and even too frighten to venture out and so they get me riled up so I'll demand that the guides back down or get rid of them and of course we have no proof of what will eventually happen to them, all I have is the guides word for that.

In the meantime I am having trouble cooking or talking about receipes or anything because these four are attacking me for all ideas that I discuss with anyone and this is meant to prove they are in control.

I don't know if they are in control or not but whomever helped me cook that great nutritious breakfast this morning my hat is off to you.

I had corn grits, with a fried egg in the middlke and it had grated colby cheese and some frizzled turkey ham and boy was that great when washed down with a small glass of skimmed milk, now I have to go out and walk some of the calories of before they go to my waisteline.

I have for some time being trying to talk Dr. Petas the psychiatrist from this lifetime into taking my three realtives with him as he goes to the hospital where he was on staff and once there they can rest for a time and think about what their next move might be.

At that time they may decide to give in to the guides and do as they have ordered them to do, or if they are still in a challenging mood they can see if they can get up enough courage to approach the Doctors and Nurses on the staff and see if they can hear them and or see them.

How will they react to the Ghosts in their life and or how will their peers and colleagues react to their haunting stories if they dare tell them?

I have then said toi Dr. Petas, Eve Carrie and George if they can get up the courage to do that and prove they are not too chicken then after interacting with the medical staff and if they get away with it, I am asking them to make their next teaching adventure to include the local news staff and see how they react to a studio haunting and or can they even see or hear them if they haven't developed their psychic gift?

So far it appears that Dr. Petas, Eve, carrie and George are too frightened to try that and so I think you can refer to them now as just trouble makers and pompous winbags in the spirit world who grew jealous of my psychic gift and decided to do everything they can to interferre with the things I am trying to do.

If they don't leave now and do some of the scientific experiments I am assigning them then you can label coward on them and I will continue to hang them out in print for their realtives and friends from the earthplane to see how they are behaving in spirit.

Keep in mind that they have no real power over me at all, just the ability to cause me pain and interferre with my work, but on the other hand they can't get on the computer unless I turn it on for them and let them write but since I am using them as research rats to prove what I can scientifically I am tolerating them for the time being and in the meantime I am trying to determine how anyone deals with mean spiteful spirits like this.

Keep in mind priests and deliverance ministers say they can perform exorcisms and drive the spirits of the dead and so called demons out of the bodies of the possessed but I see no proof of that and several priests and healers have tried.

Of course if there are any out there who would like to help and prove to me beyond a doubt that you are capable of such a feat you might want to contact me and prove to me that you have pwoer over benovalent spirits of the dead.

The Guides have made big promises and threats and many excuses but so far they ahve been unsuccessful in getting them out.

They are invited to try again today, perhaps this will be the day that you do better than you did yesterday in solving thir long standing problem?

I haven't been writing in this blog much because someone in spirit told me to write in the private blog while I try tio work things out with these four possessing spirits and I did that and we discussed everything back and fourth but nothing was settled and they are still too afraid to leave the body but they are also becoming increasingly more violent by the day as they challenge a higher poiwer to prove he can take control of them.

He has he always has said is its too dangerous to try tio destroy their spirits while they are inside my body saying it could drive my own spirit out and so of course I want the spirits to leave my body and do whatever they choose to ourside my biody or whatever they have the courage to try and I will write about it as part of our scientific research project into the paranormal and life after death.

What does or doesn't happen to them now is scientific to me and until I can talk them out and see where they go and what they do I ahve no further word on that at this time and so I will just go on writing in either this blog or the other on a daily basis.

In the meantime these four in their violent attacks on my brain and my being forced to deal with the situation have little time or energy to further my pursuit of my detective work and other information gathering and that is what these four set out to do and just y esterday again they said they don't care what the guides can or cannot do to them as far as they are concerned they have proven they can't stop them now and they have no proof of what will happen to them once they leave my dead body and it makes no difference to them because their objective was to torment me and prove to the world that nothing in the universe can stop them at this point in time.

I like to make sure these challenges are written into the copy so I can watch both sides now and see how they continue to try to solve this situation.

A few days ago they found the body of Kaleigh in a deep drainage ditch, a area that had been searched before, and they say the ditch was about three feet deep with water and lots of rain in the area recently caused them to flush a mile long drainage pipe which may have caused the body to resurface and or as i think the body may have been put into the water somewhere else and washed down through the drainage ditch to where it was found.

However several days ago I asked where Kaleigh had been killed and the words crime scene came to me that said she was put into the water near where she was found.

In the pictures I see posted as to the area where the body was found there are steps leading down and it appears to be a park like area which may have a bench or two for sitting like I saw yesterday when i saw a young girl sitting on a bench then suddenly she falls to the left and I know she is dead.

To me this says this was an unplanned murder and she may have gone there with someone to talk and some sort of an altercation came up and she was killed as in a rage.

I wrote earlier that I saw a tall dark haired young man as the killer who was dressed in a white short sleeve t-shirt wearing black cotton pants and while I didn't know at the time who that young man was I have seen a man on the internet recently who was connected to her and in one of the videos I could see he had dark swept back hair a little long at the back and in the Video he was wearing the same sort of black cotton pants that he was wearing in the picture of the killer of Kaleigh and that young man is the former boyfriend of Kaleigh who is now in jail on rape charges.

They have arrested him and jailed him on molestation of 12 year old Kaleigh and I believe he is also going to be theirnumber one suspect and my Psychic source says there is plenty of evidence at the cime scene which will link him to the killing and this may be why they arrested him on the rape charges so they can hold him until they gather enough evidence to arrest him for the murder of Kaleigh.

I've been trying to gather psychic information which might be helpful in locating the missing 12 year old from Greely Colorado named Kayleah Wilson and have gotten a few things but not as much as I would like to have received but maybe some of this might be helpful if read by some of the people trying to solve the mystery of the missing girl.

when I first heard about the case I heard the words automobile and the words hold on as if we are coming as in to find her.

I then saw a fire ring like someone would build a fire at a park or that sort of facility.

Not much came after that to me as a Psychic until a few days ago when I see a waterway which has straggly grass like swamp grass or water grass around it and it appears to be some sort of long tributary then I see a young man walking towards the water and to me this may indicate this young man may have killed the girl and put her in this waterway.

I am not familiar with the area but this morning when I read a story it showed a pond they searched and I notice in the picture the kind of grass I described above and I believe this tells me many water ways in this area may have this kind of grass but still I don't know exactly where this waterway is.

As I got information the other day with this winding waterway to the left along the bank I settle on a spot and this girl may be found along the banks of this water way where she was either placed or washed ashore.

The man I see walking towards this water way through the tall grass is young and slim with dark hair and in this psychic vision wearing a white t shirt with short sleeves and black or dark trousers.

On April 18 I read a story at http://www.denverpost.com which shows several maps of places that Kahleah may have been and the second one which shows the Greely Mall I touch that map and I am being directed south of this map area and again I see some sort of waterway again as I did earlier and I see a Themometer which reads hot may indicate a good place to look.

The Themometer which is hot appears to also be one of those measuring sticks that measures the debth of the water and I believe the water may be kind of deep.

I am not sure if this psychic information is enough to help but thought I should make note of this and see if something further comes to me because of my writing this and this is how I trigger more information to come to me as a psychic and as time goes on who knows what else will come to me in pictures, words and visions that is how I work as a psychic.

I have checked a map of the Greely Colorado area and I believe the long waterway I saw in earlier psychic messages may be the Riverside Reservoir.
It says the Reservoir is a catch basin for water which is mainly collected to irrigate fields.

I haven't written in this blog since the 14, but things behind the scenes with the four possessing spirits hasn't changed but continues to get more violent by the minute and one of the reasons for that is I have been writing in a private blog and won't let them write here in the public one until they agree to leave my body and go fourth and do whatever they choose if they have the courage to try anything and see what happens so I can write about it and tell the world what happens to them if they leave my body and don't do what the higher guides instruct them to do.

They of course are still too chicken to come out and try anything so they choose for the moment to hide inside my body doing all the violent, painful things they can to to me trying to force me to say nothing will ever happen to them but of course I can't do that since this is paranormal and scientific research and I need them to leave the body and let me observe their behavior so I know for sure what the real truth is and since they are too timid to give that a try things are not going well at all and I personally don't know how this will end all I know is I am going to pass these pages over to preplanned people so they can take over for me when I die if it comes to that and I will come back and write through them and continue to tell the world just what happens to these four if they are inside my body when it dies either from their violent attacks or from natural causes whichever comes first.

The other day I was researchering things on the internet and I happened upon a site that was writing about what Sigmund Freud, Jung and Albert Einstein thought about the after life and I intend to add my two sense worth here when I finally decide what new truths I have uncovered and all I need now is for Dr. Petas who as a Psychiatrist liked to connect himself and his theories to Jung and Frued and so now he has a chance to step out here and let his research be revealed to the world if he survives after the way he has behaved here.

The first news story i saw this morning when I got on the Internet was about a quake in china that so far reports 400 killed.

The story says the homes were made mostly of dirt and wood and that building codes are very lax there it goes on to say the rescues are harder to do because they have no modern excavation equipment and soldiers are trying to dig the buried out using human power.

I believe once the news hits the world other countries will go in to help because this is usually how these things are handled at least I am hopeful that is what will happen.

These quakes seem to be occurring with more and more frequency and these are world disasters I believe nothing in the universe has any control over but is just the world's way of cleansing the earth and its own way of dealing with many things including overpopulation.

That of course is my own opinion but I also know there is a power in the Universe that can predict earthquakes, tidalwaves and all sorts of natural disasters but I personally don't know that the source of those predictions can do anything to stop them from occurring and so i have decided God personally doesn't cause these things because he does not want these things to happen but then I am only going from the opinions that I myself have concluded from watching what happens as I watch things occurring in the world.

This morning before awakening one of the guides gave me a long dream which is instructions and a discussion of personal things about personal people and I came fully awake laughing so hard I had to get up and this tells me he is the one who has kept me off the blog for a few days until I got his instructions clear about not writing about these things in the public blog for now but to go back to the other blog which is private at this time so we can write freely in it and alter at some point in time the things we write may be cleared for publication but for now its only things he wants to reveal to me to explain some of the thoughts and ideas coming to me about things we are discussing off the computer which sometimes is also about things I am reading in tabloids and my question about which is true and which is not.

The reason for the secret blog is also about the possessing spirits who are also writing and lsitening to what the guides want to write and sometimes the possessing spirits try to influence what I write through automatic writing and so in the private blog I can just go along and write whatever is written by anyone in the spirit world then the guides can either approve of the whole blog post or go back and edit some of the possessing spirits writing out if he wants to.

This is a good idea since I want the important things written to always be accurate before others read it.

Our behind the scenes discussions tells me the four spirits are thinking very seriously about leaving gthe body and I think they know after what we discussed yesterday they are free to leave the body safely and go try anything they feel like and at that time they will know all the truths they seek depending on their behavior and what they prove and or get away with.

After making my last post on April 6 I waited hoping the four spirits would leave my body that night the Dr. came in wearing a brown suit and beige shirt looking to me mucb like the last time I saw him on earth before he passed and he was swaggering in one of those smart alec styles that says to hell with you and he went on to tell me a story about one of the teenage patients he had that he developed a big crush on and said he stalked her at school and everywhere trying to get her toh ave lunch with him until her mother got wind of it and took the situation under control.

What all this is meant to realty to me I am not sure and I waited days to write it but today one of the guides said go ahead and write it if he wants me to because he has been very mean to me since I wouldn't relay that message to whomever it was meant for on earth.

I suppose the teen would now be about 35 or so so maybe he wants to go visit her now that she's old enough for her and her mother can't interfere?

I think he may be trying to find a reason to leave and if thats true I applaud him and I will tell he and my realtives a happy goodbye for now if the go and spead their charm among the rest of the world.

I posted the link to the Clyde and surrounding areas cancer cluster because over the past years I know at least two people who lived in or near the area and they came down with cancer but at this time I am not sure where their cancer was but one of them died and the other one is trying to save himself from cancer.

One of the guides in the spirit world since the late 1980's has been writing and talking to me about cancer and trying to help me focus on some of the things we can do personally to keep our bodies healthier so we can ward off some cancers and other diseases and this is one of the reasons I am so strongly trying to get Dr. Petas and my three realtives to leave my body and spend their time doing other things so I can write with the guides about things that I consider very important about health realated issues.

I have tried to reason with these four spirits and explain ow important some of these things are and tell them if they leave my body and stop doing the things they are that on occassion I would make time for them to get on the computer and full around writing about anything they choose to just to help me convince people they are alive but we cannot spend all our time writing about how mean and spiteful they are to try to stop me from gathering information that hopefully wil help humanity and furthe research into some of these things.

Its really sad that a Doctor like Dr. Petas who was trained at the famed menninger institute as a medical doctor and psychiatrist would dally away his days and nights in spirit sitting inside my human body trying to force me to give up the medical writing I am doing with one of the guides which was meant to be passed on to earth to try to help humanity by giving others some of the information he is giving me which is meant to help many.

Now as I see it Dr. Petas has become professionally jealous of me because I am getting this information from the guides and writing about it hoping to help researchers when he says I have no medical background at all and that is true but I am a good typist and the guides can talk to me and also do automatic writing through me and we are in great attunement and they can pass on their knowledge through me just as spirits can use other channells to do this if these four don't frighten everyone off with their evil behavior and of course that is exactly what they want to do water down the real things we want to pss on to earth which already has enough evil to deal with.

After the last post done with otherworldly beings done through automatic writing I believe its time for me to leave the blog for this time and go on into the day, doing such earthly things as bath, breakfast, making my bed, and alter its off to pick up a dehumidifier that I need to replace the old klunker that served me well over the past 17 years since I moved into this old 100 hundred old house with the damp basement.

I wonder how they kept the basement dry before the dehumifier was invented and in fact when was the dehumidifier invented?

These four spirits inside my body kept trying to force me not to buy the humidifier because they hope the pages in the basement will become damp and be unusuable but I have them in waterproof boxes but just to be sure I am going for the humidifier today afte I was assued yesterday store employees would have me pick it up at the loading dock and they would load it into the car for me and when I get back to my neighborhood I am hoping one of the men in the neighborhood will see me struggling to get it out of the car and up the steps and into the house and down to the basement and offer to help me so I don't have to do that while four vicious spirits tear at my brain and heart the way they always do when I have to carry heavy things by myself.

Life could be so much easier if they would just admit their faer and leave my body and I hae promised not to laugh or call them chicken if they don't take on the forces of the universe I am just trying to get them to bra ve up and come on out and just quickly slip away and do a fade out as they say in Hollywood when the story is wrapped up.

I am determined to bring these four out of my body and let them prove to me whether they give in to the guides and their threats of what they are capable of doing to them or if they are too afraid to do that and if that is true then of course they will become repentant and subservant and go in peace and we will never know the answer as to what the higher powers in the heavens can do or can't do.

I have tried to reason with these four and tell them if they expect to prove they are right then they need to bravely walk out and do whatever they choose if they can overcome their fear and give it a try and if they are not brave enough to prove this to me beyond a shadow of a doubt then they need to just come under the control of the guides and accdept whatever they tell them and I will have no problem with that I will just accept all the spectacular information I have gathered which I believe is provable and be happy to go on writing just as I always have.

I know there is a source in the universe who can predict earthquakes, mine disasters, and even death from accidents and natural causes and that is good enough for me but it would be nice if these four would come out and help me prove to other humans what they re capable of if no one stops them or if the guides give them permissin to become scientific explorers and go test the waters and see how other humans react to them, and then the humans can tell their own stories and we will thenb e furthering paranormal research.

I am referring to people as humans to distinguisy the spirits I am calling by their given n ames when they walked the earth from the ones still onearth so I don't muddie the waters with people saying are they in spirit or here on earth, hence spirits and other worldly beings and or humans.

I have over the years had beings appear as Space Aliens and so I am now not sure if it was real Aliens or spirits pretending to be Aliens all I know is they did experiments on me and scared the hell out of me and now I read on the internet that a alien-human has been created and I have to recall the time about 24 years ago when I was visited by three alien doctors who took samples from my brain and overeries and said they were taking them back to their planet to create a being from with my eggs and the sperm of an alien man and this latest reading on the inernet causes me to ask if my eggs were used to do that and if yes am I the mother of a half alien half human?

Now you know why these four are too chicken to leave my body they do not know who or what is waiting for them after they have interferred with me writing with the guides in the World Beyond whatever and whoever it it or what it is I do not know.

All I know is I am doing automatic writing with what I am calling Guides and who and what a Creator is at this point in time I am not sure.

Over the past days these four squatting spirits inside my body to frightened to leave my body for fear of their fate for what they have been doing to stop my freedom to challel for the other guides, the four of them have become ncreasingly meanter and more violent against me and tried to interferre with everything I even think about doing so instead of remaining on the computer all day describing all the terrible things they are doing tome as theyw ant me to do as they try to prove they are right I have instead been trying to live life as a normal human while trying to talk them out of my body but so far the more I talk the meaner they get.

I have tried to reason with them by telling them if they want to prove they are right scientifically they need to only come out of my body and prove where they go and what they do outside my body so I can continue to try to better educate humans about what I believe the real truths of the universe are and I feel that is a reasonable request since I have spent about 25 years dealing with their violence and the guides threats against of them as to what they are going to do to them when they come out and I say I have come this far and if I have to wait till the day i die and they ahve no body to hide in I will accept that because I am setting up people to take over when I die, and I am giving them pass words to all my blogs so they can just log onto the blogs and keep writing and tell the world what I tell them when I cannel back through them from beyond the veil of death if it comes to that.

These four keep telling me I will die and no one will know what happens but they have heard me and I am discussing this with others and they know they are ready to step in if that happens and continue to write and hopefully be more successful at publishing the pages I have gathered since l985 when I first began developing my psychic abilities.

As you can see I come from a long line of determined hard headed hillbillies and I believe I am the only one who could deal with these three relatives and Dr. Petas and they know their only way out is out and if they are inside this body when it dies I will have it cremated so they have no where to hide then they will be forced back into the outside world then we will see just what happens to them and I will transmit my thoughts back through the people I wil leave these pages to and the story will go on to Eternity and Beyond the name chosen for this by the guides when this all began.

This morning as I awakened a Guide appeared holding out his left hand which had about a teaspoon of Flax Seed in it, and he said this is about the amount of flax seed you need for a serving.

That is the answer to my question I asked the other day about how much flax seed is a serving.

I know now I have been using way too much not only in my servings but also in the ground flax meal I am adding to my bread dough.

All I know is it works wonderfully well and I have no need for laxatives and other colon cleansing formulas.

This does not mean I am oppossed to a colon cleansing formula and everytime I go to the store I mean to buy one but haven't found the one the guides approve of I guess since I just look at them and see they are so expensive and so I guess the guide I am working with says we don't want to pay that much and so for now we should stick to the flax seed.

I come from a long line of people who did home remedies and visited the doctor only when absolutely necessary and I guess I have carried this over into my everyday life through the years but I do take five medications every day for cholesterol, thyroid problems and high blood pressure and so I guess modern medicine finally wiped out all the old home remedies that Carrie did back on the farm but I still remember them and use some of them when I feel like it.

I have not yet in my adult years resorted to the lard and nutmeg poltices that she used on us as a child but they did seem to work when we had bad colds.

At night before bed when the kids had a cold it was a hot drink the lard and nutmet politces strapped firmly about our chest then we climbed into bed beneath the heavy quilts she spent time quilting.

I am trying to paint a picture of these people while I was growing up and they were dragging me off to the Baptist Church all the time because now they are sitting inside my body telling me that dieing and the afterlife is nothing like they were taught when they were here on earth and they say this is why they are sitting inside my body trying to get their version of the spirit world out and I would let them write but they know this is not true I am trying to write honestly about everything they and the other guides tell me and I have no idea what will happen to them and if they want to disprove what the others say and have me write about it they are just going to have to get out of my body and let me see where they go and what they do and then I will be able to write about all of this honestly as a investigative reporter and paranormal investigator into the world Beyond with no holds barried and let the chips fall where they may as far as what people and preachers and priests tell me I want to be able to prove something from my first hand experiences and I want this to be more scientific than what I have been taught to believe and if Carrie, George, Eve and Dr. Petas wants to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt just what happens or don't happen to them after what they ahve done they need to step out here and show me what they do outside my body and stop hiding inside my body like cowards afraid of their own shadow.

As a child I had terrible Asthma and I would think I was going to die in the middle of the night as a child when I would get up choking and fighting for my breath and at the time Carrie had some home remedies which she gave me and they tasted terrible but seemed to help and I would feel better and go back to bed.

As time went on and we didn't use coal for heating I learned my asthma disappeared and it was only in my mid thirties when I went to live with my sister for a time where they had back up heat from a stove that burned coal that i realized I was allergic to the coal fumes when my asthamatic symptoms returned.

I guess the symptoms I suffer when I am in a home where coal is burned for heat is about the same thing that happens to miners who inhale the coal dust in the mines they work in which is referred to as black lung disease.

As we know when people do heavy smoking of tobacco sometimes their lungs show up as black in exrays and so of course coal dirt inhaling and smoking tobacco which is burned in the smoking process may do some of the same damage to the delicate lung membranes of humans who smoke.

The only way to clear your lungs and get them healthy again is to not inhale the coal dirt and in the case of smokers give up smoking and after a while your lungs will improve before you get lung cancer in many cases as we know smokers get.

This morning when I got on the web the first thing I read is about the coal mine explosion in West Virginia.

Over the past several weeks I have been talking incesantly about coal mines and black lung disease and reminiscing when I was a child and my father dug coal at a small family owned mine in southern ohio and I said I think I am talking about coal mines because there will be another mine explosion and I guess this is the one I was picking up in psychic looks into the future.

I must admit I didn't know where the explosion would be but i do recall talking about Loretta Lynn the singer who comes from Butcher Hollow West Virginia and that may be close to the location of the Mine.
I recall as a child in the small mine my father and his boss dug coal in there were only the two of them and I recall being afraid there might be a mine cave-in because we children were always warned never to play in the mines when but of course we did venture in just so far and once a cousin came who was entering his teens and he would get into the coal car and ride it back into the mine but I never did that but when I was alone I would sneak into the mine just so far to see what it was like and it was a very dark tunnel with tracks and the wall were brased up with really big strong pieces of wood and these ties would go along the sides and all across the top and the other day I marveled at the work that went into digging that tunnel back into the mountain and making it safe to enter.
The Mine in West Virginia of course is a mammoth operation and nothing like the one I am talking about but still the danger lurked in the mine of my childhood because my father kept large sticks of dynamite and caps in his work and he was the one who went into the mine and set off the dynamite to get the coal out of the moutnain so it could be loaded into the coal car and brought outside to be sold.

I know now his job was a very dangerous one but at the time I didn't realize all the hard work and repurcussions that could have been tied to it because I was only about 5 years old when we moved to that home where he worked in the mine.

He moved there after he retired from working up north and I guess he was working in his retirement and we were homesteading on the property with a cow, some chickens and a hog for meat and of course we went into town on saturdays to shop at the Kroger and A&P Store.

We lived way out in the country then and didn't have a car and didn't own one and we always went shopping with a neighbor or the family of his daughter who lived not far away from us.

After the mine there petered out we moved to various farms of a relatives and friends who had big operations and we lived in houses on the property and he either farmed the land where he did it alone and they shared the proceeds of the harvest and lived in the homes on the property or he worked and we lived on the farm of some big farm holders in the area that he had known all his life.

We were never rich but had all the things we needed and Carrie and George did alright as far as I am concerned while they were on earth and we loved them and grieved for them when they died and I want to write about them here because they say I never write about them the way i do others and I want to correct that here and now I hope they will leave my body where they have been sitting for 25 years with Eve Carries sister and Dr. Petas because I know theya re afraid of their fate when they elave this body and if they are not then let them come outside and prove they are right when theys ay nothing in the Universe can Stop them and if its true then I will truthfully write about it as a Paranormal Investigator.

Over the past week or so I have been picking up the word earthquake and words like California, and Arizona and the then I said a strong earthquake will come to Mexico just over the border.

As we know now that earthquake did hit yesterday in southern california, arizona and just over the border into mexico where they say it was strongest felt with much damage.

I get predictions of things like this not only here but around the world but don't know what to do about the predictions since its not something I can stop and I don't think people in large masses could just pick up and leave to avoide these disasters since I am not sure just when they will come to pass but usually I know they are getting closer and closer by the urgency with which the predictions keep coming to me.

One of the problems I am having with making my predictions and passing them along is the inerferrence of the four possessing spirits inside my body who hear these predictions and begin to talk and project their information into the first prediction to try to scramble it so I will not be thought to be right.

This has happened on a very personal level with Dr. Petas who has over the yearas heard me get premonitions of eath to some of his relatives from health problems and he didn't seem to care he just continued to try to scramble this information on those things much like he and his three evil friends do on the other kinds of information I am receiving from the higher realms of the spirit world and in the case of his relatives he may have been influential in their deaths in that they didn't receive the information they needed to get them to the doctor to help them prevent their deaths through medical inervention and now he is going to have to live with that memory for a long time since they did pass and he has not even cared enough to leave my body and go interact with them and visit with them and that too he is going to have to deal with eventually.

I am now hoping he will care enough to come out of my body and go try to do better in the after life.

Contrary to what he wants you to believe he has always had permission to pass from this body safely and he only pretends he is too frightened to come out to make excuses for his behavior and so he can continue to be here interferring with my work as a channel for the guides on the higher realms who want to channel good things to earth to help mankind.

since leaving the blog a little after three I have been busy feeding the stray cats outside, making the bed, taking a bath and having breakfast, and I also have a slow cooker of lean pork chunks cooking which have been in the freezer since the spring of 2008 and one of the guides is encouraging me to use all old food out of the freezer before shopping for more and while I am doing that I keep these four possessing spirits from having fun outside this house unless they agree to leave my body and go exploring on their own.

And yes again I have three laoves of bread dough rising and when its gone throw two risings I'll bake them and after cooling I'll put them into dated bags and store them in the downstairs freezer with the other dated products.

I am baking some of these things ahead befoe the weather becomes hot so I can enjoy our formula made into loaves for the summer and I can keep the kitchen cooler and the electric bill lower for the summer.

I'm predicting a hotter than usual summer based on some looks into the future I got where I am seeing parched fields of corn and other products and whether its here in Ohio or somewhere else I am not sure but I am being asked to store some things just in case it happens here because as we know sometimes we have good growing seasons and sometimes we don't because as we believe no one can predict the weather but in this case in the looks into the future I personally use what they tell me to help me plan for the summer so I can prevent myself from paying higher grain prices for the breads and other things I bake here in the house in the Midwest where this all began back in l985.

The Guides are seldom wrong and this is one of the reasons these four evil spirits are so afraid of leaving my body and so I am telling them since nothing has happened so far its time they get out of my body before they learn a worse fate than already predicted if they are inside my body when it dies.

I didn't take action on a look into the future when they told me a depression was coming and I thought if I don't write about it maybe it won't happen but now we all know I had nothing to do with it coming it w as already in the works and nothing could stop it and now I am looking to the future because he says things will get back to normal in the future if we all work together to help this to come to pass.

I guess the only thing to do is stop hoarding money and spend some of it and let it circulate and fuel the economy so everything does become less fearful and people go into a better future.

I've been off exploring other websites and reading news and going to some of the paranormal sites where I have been discussing the paranormal with others there who are posting their beliefs and drinking coffee instead of sleeping which i get little of because of the violence being leveled against my brain and other organs by these four vicious possessing spirits who are too scared to leave my body and so in an effort to prove they are right, they continue to attack me and try to force me to say they are right when I have no scientific proof of that one way or the other and so i of course am encouraging them to come out here and do whatever they want to and see what happens and that is what the logical mind would have proven long ago and so I can only assume these four have been so overcome by fear of the unknown and what their eventual fate may be that they may never leave this body until it dies and they have no place to hide and then they will be forced out of this body when I have it creamated to destroy it so they will be forced from it and then and only then will they learn their fate unless they come out now and let me see where they go and what they do.

They will not sit inside my body since l986 burtalizing me and interferring with my basic human rights and not pay the price for their sins or at least prove to me where they go and what they do once they leave this body.

I say once outside they will not be brave enough to challenge anything and they know this but to be fair I do keep trying to get them to come out and go to the mental hospital where the doctor was on staff and take a load of their spirit and think very carefully about what their next move is so I can scientifically prove once and for all if they hae the courage to prove anything once out or will they just go docilely with the guides who thraetened them if they don't come under their control.

If this was not so painful to me it would actually be very funny if you think about it these four are so terrified of their fate for what they have done that they are completely worthless and helpless against anything or anyone except this body that they cower in so fine satan's followers they turned out to be they are just four old over the hill spirits who are sitting inside my body fighting and scratching trying to prove something they don't have the courage to come out here and prove so I can write about it.

Once in the beginning right after the Dr. passed over and joined my realtives he asked me to call his wife and tell her he is alive in spirit and he told me things I should tell her to prove its he talking to her and she told me he was a big liar and an old fool and now that she is in spirit along with her son I think the Dr. ought to come ot of my body and go find her and tell her how he felt when she said that to him and he said that is one of the reasons he became an even meaner evil spirit so she and her kids would have to read about him in this blog.

He is the one who keeps putting his name in the copy and when I take it out he rages and attacks and says I take it out because I don't want anyone to remember Dr. Stergio Nicholas Peatas and as you can see he added his name again and this is all aoutomatic writing and so well I guess you are in here now to stay Dr.

From where I sit and after what I have experienced good and bad in my channelling for spirit I am going to accept that there are intelligent guides in the universe who know many things and who can do prophecies and looks into the past and the future and even predict death to humans from accidents and or health related reasons and they have said if these four are inside my body when it dies they will be destroyed but I prefer to try to exorcise these four the way they say that Preists can do and the way they say Jesus did in the Holy Land but so far I can't find a priest or Deliverance Minister who will believe my story and attempt to help me prove that they can actually exorcise demons from the body of humans and so far the guides have not been able to talk them out and they say to try to destroy these four while they are inside my body might force my own spirit from this body and of course I can't at this time prove whether that is true or not all I can do now is to accept their word for it and continue to try to find an exorcist and in the meantime I am fighting for my freedom and my life because while these four are too frightened of a higher pwoer to leave my body they are also brutally attacking my brain and vital organs day and night trying to kill me or force my spirit from my body in an effort to prove theya re right and or to try to force me to say they are right and of course scientifically speaking I cannot do that unless they come out of my body and go fourth into the world and prove to me what really happens to the spirits of the dead who come back to treat humans in the vicious deadly way they have been treating me since they entered my body in the summer of l986.

What happens here in this situation and whether they come out or not and or what anyone proves in this situation I don't know at this time and so for now I go fourth putting one foot in front of the other day by day and hope for the best and I believe that is all any human can do as they trudge through life trying to do the best they can.

As you can see me proving what I can about truth is very important because today is easter Sunday and today everyone will be sad over the Crucifixion of Jesus another channel for spirit who claimed tob e talking to God and he was killed by humans who did not want hm preaching the word of God and then came Joan of Arc and the Witches of Salem all channels for the spirit of the dead and they too met an untimely fate then along came me in l985 when I began channelling for spirit and these pages of writing tell the problems I have had with these four spirits of the dead and also the words I ahve tried to pass on to humans and so well onward we go as we seek the truths of the universe and pay homage to the fallen channels of the past who met untimely deaths at the hands of humans and now at the hands of these four spirits who in my opinion are attempted murders from beyond the veil of death where we all go when we die.

Yesterday I spent a lot of time googlng information on the paranormal and what people believe and why and on occassion when it says I can post a link to the story here I have done so hoping to compare what people believe and what I am experiencing and let it all work together to better educate others about what is believed and what others think and what I hope to prove here when I finally talk these four spirits out of my body to prove who is right the guides who are telling me one thing and the things they say they know from their experiences in the spirit world after their death.

There is much onflict here just as there always has and the only way I know for these four to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt is for them to get over their fear of the unknown from the higher realms and leave this body and go fourth and do whatever they choose to and let me witness what happens or doesn't happen to them and if they do that then I will be able to write about it and they will be able to prove to me one way or the other whether they are right or not or whether they are just out to hurt me and try to scuttle what the others are telling me higher in the spirit world.

The four possessing spirits inside my body who as I said are three of my relatives and Dr. Petas a Psychiatrist from this lifetime are trying to disprove what the guides are saying and say its not true yet they seem to frightened to leave my body and prove to me once and for all just what happens to them in the way of punishment for what they have done to me here as attempted murderers from inside my body where they have been sitting since the summer of l986 the first anniversary of the death of the Doctor.

I maintain that these three relatives didn't give him a chance to explore the universe and form his own opinions before they talked him into helping them to take over my body and now he must leave my body and prove some of these things to himself and me and then I will be able to truthfully write about where they go and what they do after what they have done here to try to destroy my channelling work.

If they are too timid to do that and too fearful of the guides to come out here and take them on and prove the truth to me beyond a shadow of a doubt then I think they should just come out of my body and accept they don't have the courage to handle this scientific and go in peace and never darken my door again.

One of my guides higher in the spirit world knows everything before it happens and he sends messages to me to tell me what is coming up each day but then these four spirits get in on the action and put other ideas into my mind and try to scramble the guides advice as to what to do and I am not always sure about who is giving me these messages but eventually I figure them all out.

For example yesterday this guide asked me to make some bread from our multigrain and he said put some milk in it this time instead of water because we want a better bread for my great-grandchildren and I thought alright I guess he wants me to freeze it for the next visit I make there.

As I baked it kept coming to me not to freeze the bread but give it to her in the afternoon when she called and when we would get together and so i just kept baking and then he said shampoo your hair because you are leaving this afternoon and so i thought well alright if he says so so I baked the bread, and shampooed my hair and even before it got dry my granddaughter called and I needed to come to her house and take her somewhere and so I dried my hair and delivered the bread.

last night she called and said I took a loaf of that bread to my inlaws one who is recovering from a serious operation and she said they sliced that fresh baked bread and put butter on it and ate it and when i told them its not white bread but contains wheat germ and bran and some whole wheat cereal they couldn't believe it and said its the best bread they have ever eaten.

My granddaugher said when you have time come over some afternoon and show me how you make that bread so I can make it.

I will be happy to show her how easy it is and for anyone reading this who would like to make their own fresh delicious bread and I do not use a bread machine for this but make it personally as its wonderful and easy and takes no lnger than the time it takes the bread machine from start to finished product.

The formula as I wrote before is done by starting with five pounds of enriched flour or unbleached your choice and to that add 1 Cup of raw wheat Germ and 1 cup of raw wheat bran and 1 cup of whole wheat cereal such as Ralston or Mohers, the kind that is cooked like oatmeal but for the mix just add it as it comes from the box.
Store this for baking in almost any receipe that uses regular flour.
To Bake the bread as I made yesterday.
I start with four cups of this flour, to which I add 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of either sugar or splenda, and 1 tablespoon of dry yeast such as red star or fleshmens again your choice, I use both kinds and like them both.

Now we need 1/4 cup of oil such as soy or any other except olive in this case, and 1 1/2 cup very warm water or milk if you prefer, not hot, and add to dry mixture and mix with large spoon or mixer your choice, I like to use my large plastic spoon and after its mixed, you need to add more flour in small amounts until its quite stiff and then turn dough out on a floured surface and knead it quite vigoursly adding more flour in small amounts until its elastic and no longer sticky then you form into a ball and put into a reased bowl, which I now cover with glad wrap and let rise until almost to the top of the bowl, then I punch down and rise again and it goes faster this time.

I then form this into three loaves or two loaves and a pizza crust and put on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan as the case may be, let rise til double in bulk again as for the bread and bake in a hot oven 415 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes depending on the size of the loaves.

You can form these into round loaves or you can make them into long italian style loaves.

When you do the long loaves to make them compact and beautiful you roll the pieces of dough out and then roll them up jellyroll style and pinch the seams and this will form those great looking long italian style loaves and keep their nice shape.

Breadbaking is easy and so much fun and it can be a great way to interact with others by sharing the fesh baked bread and a good way to connect to our relatives and children as we share bread the way Jesus did in the Holyland when he broke bread and as we know bread is known as the staff of life.

It is the backbone of any meal and a great way to stretch budgets in this time by serving great casseroles and sandwiches with this great bread as an accompaniment.

Nothing like a big pot of bean or potato soup with fresh baked bread and cheese to go along with it and of course we want to serve this with milk and things like apple sauce or fresh fruit and its an easy budget wise meal which everyone will love.

I have been drinking a fresh pot of coffee and visiting a paranormal website where I go often to exchange what I know and what the others are writing and I have been lsitening to a Bull S.... there for days, telling people what control he has over spirits and how he can just say poof and they are gone and I could contain myself no longer listening to this so I made a big long post and now I am waiting for a response and this will get very hot and heavy as many become involved in the discussion.

I feel I can no longer allow some of these things to be published with a response because this is the kind of ignorance about life after death that has enabled these evil spirits to get away with doing these things to me for so many years.

I cannot prove one way or the other what will eventually happen to these four if they are still inside my body when it dies, all I know is they have challenged a book that was written which says when evil spirits become so evil they can't be rehabilitated they are put to death and whether that comes to pass or not I don't know all I know if I was told this by a man who can predict earthquakes and tidalwayves and they come to pass how can I question what he says about the fate of these possessing spirits if they don't come out and put this to the test and prove once and for all whether this comes to pass or not.

I say if these four were not such cowards and they were here to prove they are right they would come out here and try to do the same thing to other humans and prove if anything in the universe stops them and if he or it does then we will know and i will write about it and if he doesn't and they are capable of taking over other human bodies and he doesn't stop them then I will also write about it but if they don't come out and cahllenge and prove they have the courage to prove they are right then we have to assume they are so frightened of this guide and the power they have seen him display that they choose to hide inside my body and pretend they are not afraid.

I can tell you they are absolutely obsessed with fear of this guide who can show us death in the future, and earthquakes and tidalwaves and all sorts of things that they are hiding trying to force me through pain to say nothing will ever happen to them but they know I can't write that unless they come out here and prove this to me beyond a shadow of a doubt.

If they don't do that afte what I have witnessed coming to me from a higher realm we will all just have to assume the look into the future where they were destroyed does come to pass if they are still inside my body when it dies.

Now why don't you cowards come out here and put it to the test so I can write about what really happens to you after what you have done to me all these years.

After going to bed at 10 p.m. last night I'm up at 2:32 this morning and this is because of a dream the spirits gave me and also because of the pain that the four inside my body are causing me which causes me to feel like my brain is being cut with a sharp object.
In the dream i was riding on the east side of Toledo and a Big Black Limousine was riding to my right and a voice said you are not showing proper respect for JFK by writing he was raided in a Washington Whore House and the voice said you have not been telling the world that I don't approve of the things you gathered about me from the Akaskic records and this is why my brother and I have been trying to tell you this and so this is also why these four won't get out of your body because they are trying to prevent you from writing what the Akaskic Records told you about us privately.

It is true I have for a long time been having a lot of trouble because of the interferrence of both John and Robert F. Kennedy who have for years been telling me they don't want all the things I gathered from the Akaskic Records published and I have said well I tried to put the Manuscript away but the Higher Guide said don't listen to them because if they don't keep their nose out of the Manuscript and leave with Dr. petas and my three relatives they will all meet the same fate and he said that JFK should be happy that they haven't already burned in hell for their earthly sins but these things can be remedyed if they don'tnow try to talk the four out of my body and all of them leave the house and don't come back because I want to gather information from the Akaskic records and write about what ever comes to me as a psychic and I don't interferrence from any of these six spirits.

So now I am not only banishing Dr. petas and my three relatives from working with me I am also telling JFK and his brother Robert to leave and not come back after the way they talked to me in my dream message this morning and we have discussed this in the past and I don't intend to tell them again get out and stay out.

I have had trouble with all six of these spirits for years and I didn't want to write the Kennedy Boys in as the things they are saying and doing because I didn't want the world to know that I believe they are causing most of the trouble with these four inside my body by what they are saying all the time.

The spirits of the dead decide everything in my life, what I wear what I eat, what I shop for and which stores I shop in and now they have caused me to gain 10 pounds I don't want simply by making food suggestions and when I don't do it these four inside my body change their tactics and play good spirits and reminiscence with me about foods they liked and I end up making and eating them.

We are fighting all the time about whether I am a vegeterian or meat eater and the vegeterian thinkers are telling me all sorts of sad stories about the little spirits up there looking back at the carvornious humans sitting down to eat them.

Well I am rebelling in a big way and so now my bean soup has lots of smoked ham in it and yesterday I took two chicken breast halves and turned them into chunks of chicken mcnuggetts well seasoned and i did oven fries which i served with frozen french fries from the grocers freezers and told them I think they are crazy if they think they are going to force me to can tomatoes this summer when I can buy them cheaper in cans at the grocers.

Several days ago I made five meaty chicken drumsticks in the oven ate four of them in one sitting and said now you vegetarians in spirit take that because you are not going to turn me into anything I don't want to be but I will not give up my rice and beans because I love them with or without meat.

The thing is if I want to eat vegeterian I can and if I don't want to then I will chomp down on chicken because that is my favorite and its rich in niacin which I need for my brown hair.

Yesterday my granddaughter said if I have more niacin n my diet will I get thinner and I said could be the guides told me Niacin is the tall skinny vitamin but keep in mind he also told me its the vitamin that needs to be balanced with Thiamine and Folic acid which are known as the vitamins which create more intelligence in humans.

The spirit world has had lots of influence on me in many ways and a lot of it is good coming from the higher realms about nutrition and how to keep ourselves healthier through food and vitamin supplements and he says balance is the keyword.

He said if we heed his advice we can live longer, and more disease free through food and vitamin supplement choices and I believ that to be true myself but the thing is Dr. Petas who passed at 59 from a heart attack is angry because we told him that people with his hair color will die sooner from heart problems if they don't get enough thiamine and foli acid in their diets and he has said so now ou tell me why didn't you tell me that before I died at 59 and my son died at 49?

He neglects to point out that his son died about 5 years ago and he had a warning of the death to come and he wouldn't get out of my body and go warn him and I didn't know how to reach him after he told my realtives I was not to go near him with this story about his father doing these things to me from the spirit world and so of course I had no way of telling him this but his father in spirit as his supposed guardian angel could have done it and he knows it and that is why I am saying if you love yourself or any of your relatives on earth who inherited your genetic traits go help them to be healthier so they can live longer and let me get on with my work here with the guides who want to write in the right way.

You know you have been given safe passage out of this body and so get out now while the getting is good and go do whatever you are supposed to do in your world.

I left the computer to make a fresh pot of coffee and it turned out strong and black just the way I like it.

As I returned to the blog I said I don't think humans know how much pain the spirits of the dead can cause a person by entering their body and attacking the brain and other organs but its so painful sometimes I think I am not going to make it but there is little I can do it and whether it proves to be true these four will be put to death when they leave my dead body I don't know all I know for now is they are holded up in my body attacking me viciously day and night just as they have been since the summer of l986 when they entered my body and now that I am picking up the Kennedy story again they are becoming more and more vicious because I guess they think it will make them feel more successful if they force me to stop writing on the computer in general.

I will say that once I stop writing and decide to just sit there and not let them write they again switch back to a different seneario as to what they want to do then they begin attacking me and trying to force me back on the computer so it seems to be a no win situation here.

Last night they attacked my brain so viciously that I was so exhausted by 7 o'clock I lay down on the couch with a throw and decided tow atch a little gtelevisionb efore oing to bed since it was so early but five minutes after layind down I fell into one of those death like sleeps they cause me to do and din't awaken until 10:30p.m. at which time I went off to bed and there they crawled into my chest and my brain and banged against my brain and since there are four of them they can attack my vital organs from many angles and this caused me to get up about 4:30 my chest and brain vibrating from pain and well once up theys tp this and my strength comes back and I of course come on the computer to write about what is happenin g to me because I feel if this could happen to me it might be happening to other people and some of them would not even know what is happening to them as they get ideas about all sorts of things and some of those ideas may be good or bad and so you can see why sometimes people who commit crimes will say voices told them to do it and those voices could very well be evil spirits operating from inside their bodies as possessing spirits the way these four are doing.

What eventually happens to them is anyones guess and of course it could be treue a higher power will deal with them when they leave one day but on the other hand how will the world know that if I am no longer alive on the computer to tell them this is what actually happens?

So until the Evil Dr. stergio Petas leaves this body his name goes into the Blog often as I try to get him to take my three relatives and leave the body and go do whatever they choose and I will report just where they go and what they do if they prove this is what they get away with and if not I'll write that they have been dealt with by a higher power as I ahve been told will eventually happen.

One of the Guides thinks its very interesting that the Assassination Video was staged at Dealy Plaza in Dallas the spot where JFK was assassinated after we began to release the Kennedy Assassination Story again here in our blogs and so I am here to say be very careful out there because the Mob has a way of sending veiled messages to many when things are not going their way and things might be getting a little ugly out there in the world of entertainment because the mob has a tight grip on the entertainment world and owns half of Hollywood and the Kennedy Family is deeply invested in it themselves and always have been since Joseph bought half of hollywood so he could have the pick of the stars to wine and dine and bed and so the sons JFK and Bobby had a good teacher in their father.

The first thing I see in a news story this morning is a headline about a story in Vanity Fair about the Exploits of Tiger Woods.

Tiger is not the only famous husband to stray and I am reminded of the story that comes to me from spirit which tells me about the time Richard Nixon had a washington whore house raided because he got a tip that JFK was there and so he had men go in with guns blazing to try to get bad publicity for JFK but the sad thing is one of the girls was killed in the shootout.

I don't think any of that came to me in the news and if it did I don't recall it and so maybe the raid was publicised but the JFK part of it may have been shushed up because of who he was in politics.
As the story came to me from the akaskic or soul records high in heaven I have been given the uncut version of the lives of the Kennedys and this all came to me once when I first began developing my psychic gift and things began coming to me and someone said see what else you can get about the Kennedys.

I said alright not thinking for a minute that I would be seeing things so shocking that I would not know what to do with it and so for now its all stored in waterproof boxes in my basement but now the guides are telling me I need to write about it because it may be the only way to get the Kennedy story out since all my Manuscripts disappeared over the years and nwo that the four spirits are becoming more and more violent I might die before I can ever get back into those handwritten and typewritten pages which were done on my old IBM typewriter back then.

So what I said to the Akaskic Records that caused all these bits of information in technicolor pictures and words is this:
I said to the Akaskic Records, please tell me all about the Kennedy Family both personal and private as far as their family members, business associates and well you get the picture and after that you would not believe what came to me day and night in words and visions and this has caused my three realtives and Dr. Petas to sit inside my body attacking my brain to try to stop the flow of information coming to me about the kennedys and everything else that began to roll out of the archives of the soul records up in heaven.

I don't know if Dr. Petas is getting more and more involved with this because he is from Boston and associated with some of the segments of the mob as the Kennedy Family or if he is just into this because he doesn't want me to display my psychic abilities to the world but whatever his reasons I say none of this is any of his business because while he may hail from Boston he never knew JFK or RFK when they walked the earth and so I say he needs to take my three relatives and himself and get the hell out of my body while the gettin is good.

One of the guides gave me a dream last night or this morning I should say just before I got up which says I am a quitter and I had no right to say yesterday morning I will not be writing about the Kennedy Assassination again because I promised him personally that I would do the story and he can control the other four and I know it and why didn't I write what he said I should yesterday.

Well personally I was not up to writing that information then and didn't think it should be written again since it has been written into the manuscript once when I got it from the akaskic records and I was not over the shock of it myself yet and didn't think the world should hear it again but if he thinks he wants to tell it because I may never get back to the handwritten notes stored in the basement in waterproof boxes then I guess he will just have to tell it again if I am to get any rest.

And yes I'll buy the new Dehumidifier so the copy in the basement is sure to stay moist free since we have a little moisture problem in this old 100 year old house and its dank basement and I told him that again yesterday after I went on a comparison shopping trip to see where the best and best value for my dollar dehumidifier is sold.

Now I only have to figure out how I will get it into and out of the shopping cart into my car and home and into the house and down the basement stairs and we will be all set for the summers heat.

Last year I got a new furnace and hot water heater with one of those senior assistance programs and when they changed the hot water tank he told me that it was so colloded it was beginning to leak dangerous levels of carbon gasses and I thought now I know why the alarm kept going off up stairs and the fire department had to come out to see what was wrong but I guess at the time the bad gasses just werent high enough to kill me and so it went on until the hot water tank was change.

These are the kinds of things I am putting up with behind the scenes plus the old car that is falling apart and being kept running by the neighbors for the price of parts and a pitance for their labor.

And now that I have written this I think I will stick with what I wrote about yesterday no matter what you tell me because I have better things to think about than the bad behavior of President John F. Kennedy and his brother robert in their washington Hyannisport days but if you help me get the four evil spirits out of my body it could be that I will agree to sit on the computer here and tell those stories again because you say its not just another old detective story like the ones I am writing about the commoners.

No one wants to believe that John and Robert F. Kennedya re two of the guides and coming to this old messy house to write through some old woman like me who dresses and looks like I do as I roam the streets of Toledo Ohio in my old beat up car which is almost rusted to the point you can't tell what color it is but what am I to do I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and things are getting worse because no one will believe the Kennedy Story I am telling any more than they believe that three relatives and Dr. Petas are sitting inside my body as evil spirits trying to kill me so I will give up the Kennedy Story.

The Akaskic Records which tied JFK and RFK our former U.S. Attorney General and President to the Mafia have also tied Dr. Petas to the Mafia in the world of Medicine and so you can see why these things are happening to me and so I guess Dr. Petas there your name went in again and I am told by the guides it stays and willb e repeated often unless or until you get out of this body and take my realtives and elave this home and never return unless one of the guides thinks you are rehabilitated and or brainwashed enough to return and be here safely.

As far as I personally am concerned I have no intention of writing about the Kennedy Assassination or anything else Kennedy because I feel their story is just one of the stories in the naked city and no more important than any of the other murder missing people I have worked on as a Psychic Detective and I have devoted far too much time to their story when if it was an ordinary person and they came up missing or murdered I would just ask who why and how and whatever fell onto my writing pad I would write send it off to the authorities and that would be the end of it, after that I would wait to see who was arrested and what the news story said and compare my notes with what the authorities released to the news and what was in the news story and usually my notes are accurate and its just as I said and that is anothe reason these four are doing this to me.

Once a woman came up missing and seemed to disappear off the face of the earth and I sat down and meditated and learned the woman had a heart attack and her car had landed in a deep creek undetected by passersbye and I called the sheriff and told him I thought this and that very afternoon one of the deputies called and said they found the woman and I had been right and he then said the news agencies want to talk to you but I said no I didn't want any publicity I just wanted to work quietly and apss on any information that would help authorities solve these kinds of cases.
Another time in a town about fifty miles from us a teen-age boy came up missing and I meditated on it and saw a boy murdered and thrown from a vidak into the woods and I called authorities and said I saw a teenage boy murdered and where his body would be found and the sheriff said well the missing boy returned and I said well there will be another boy found in the vicinity and he was murdered and sure enough a little later hunters were out and they came up on the body of the murdered teenager and although I hadn't heard this I got a phone call from a local televisions station and he said the news crew is at your door and I said why and he said they found the murdered teenager you told the sheriff would be found.

Again i refused to open the door or be interviewed and I am writing this to say no matter what I have gathered about anyone or anything to do with crime I choose no publicity and never have sought publicity of any kind because in the beginning I was told by the guides because of the danger that could befall me for gathering the secrets behind the murders of John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy and Jimmy Hoffa I could put myself in danger and so I have tried to keep a low profile and not be seen in publicy and that is another reason my three realtives and Dr. stergio petas have sat inside my body all these years trying to force me out into the public eye hoping if I sought an Exorcism I would be forced out into the world and exposed so if anyone connected to the Mafia that had JFK, his Brother Robert and Teamster Jimmy Hoffa who was kidnapped and Murdered back in the seventies they would have what they wanted if those people sought retribution but so far so good but this has gone on long enough and from now on the name of Dr Stergio Petas of Toledo Ohio is going to stay in the copy until he agrees to leave my body and take my three evil relatives with him and never return here again unless they prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to me there is no spirit in the universe who has the power to stop them but before they do that they will have to find the courage to stop hiding my body and leave and do it now.

I've been up for almost an hour now making coffee, washing my face and other little morning rituals while the spirits are telling me what they want written and at first I began to laugh and thought wow how will they react to that but as time went on I realized this was the mean spirits inside me recalling some of the information Ih ad gathered years ago from the akaskic records and the more I thought about it the more I knew this was not something I should be laughing about because it is not nice things that happened to others and just because these sins were committed by and with the Rich and famous it doesn't make it any different than some of the things I could dig out of my own family closet and childhood memories and so for now I have decided the only thing I personally will write about the Kennedy family is the things pertaining to and leading up to the assassination of president John F. Kennedy and his brother Senator Robert F. Kennedy who as we know were historical figiures just like Abe Lincoln and all the other presidents and notables who have had tragedies in their lives.

They were living breathing humans just like the rest of us and some of the things that went on in their families behind the scenes is no different than mine or yours or anyones and I have no right to take advantage of them just because I have the psychic abilities to ask questions and reach a place called the Akaskic Records and or Soul Records somewhere in the heavens and I am not someone who wants to take advantage of anyone and that has always been true when i got into this and decided to develop my psychic abilities and experiment and ask questions and see what would come to me from the Akaskic Records I had no idea what would come falling out into my lap all I know is ever since that happened three of my relatives and Dr. Petas in spirit have been here interferring with my work because they don't want me asking questions about them anymore than I have and this is why they are sitting inside my body trying to damage my brain day and night hoping it will stop being capable of receiving this kind of information and the truth is I don't know if they have stopped the flow of information or not and or my ability to gather that kind of informationb ecause I have become so busy trying to get them out of my body and survive I haven't had time in years to practice gathering said information.

Now whether these foura re demons or not I have no way of knowing all I know is they appeaar to be demons to me who is suffering at their hands day and or night but i wil say I have never met another Evil Spirit or Demon in the spirit world so who knows and who cares all I am doing is trying to get these four of my body so I can go on with my ordinary human life the way we are all meant to do.

Yesterday morning I wrote about my disabled car and how I didn't know what to do about it but thanks to one of the guides who advises me on these things I did as he said and had the neighbor take a look at it and for the price of parts and a little stipend for his efforts I got the car fixed for little money since that is what I had and now as soon as I replace a leaky radiator hose which he found in addition to the other problems I am back on the road.

I need the car for prescription pickups and visits to the Dr. and one of the reasons I am struggling with things like car repairs and having a car to drive is these four would like to have me without a car and more helpless than I already am because I live more than 10 miles from these things and when I have had to walk in the past back and fourth to do things when the car was out of order they attacked me all the way, not to mention I had problems with some of my earth relatives who said I was not to be out walking like that and I could get into trouble either by falling or being attacked like many people are when predators catch them defensless on the street in this world we live in.

If I had it to do over again I would not buy a house for myself so far from stores and pharmacies and things like that but since I bought it almost 20 years ago I had no idea I would still have these four sitting inside my body brutally attacking me and trying to destroy my life and I also didn't think help would so hard to come by.

I can't believe how some of the preachers, priests and bishops have alked to me and insulted me whom Ih ave asked for help especially when the Vatican is putting out all the information about Exorcist Priests who help people deal with things like this.

These men call themselves workers for God yet they don't trust someone like me to be telling them the truth about my own personal experiences.

The bible tells us to trust each other, and I think one of the problems is these people may just not believe that the spirits of the dead who were ordinary people when they walked the earth have free choice to follow the path of evil and appear to us as demons, most people believe demons are something entirely different.

I try to go on with my normal daily life the best I can in this situation and behave normally in my contacts with everyone including my relatives and neighbors and keep this problem confined to writing about it on line and in pages that might or might not one day be published?

These four seem determined to try to stop me and so for now the only place any of this is going to be published is here as I struggle to solve my problem and try to reason with them and get them out of my body and on to whatever awaits them in the afterlife and for all I know they may leave or not depending on whether anyone can prove they can force them away but in the meantime I am trying to follow everyones advice who tells me that I can get rid of them just by ordering them out of my body as they say I have control over whether they are here or not but for now that doesn't seem to be the case and so what happens to them or doesn't happen to them in the future or what they prove or don't prove is still a mystery and I have been trying to talk them into leaving my body and prove to me where they go and what they do so I can write about it as part of the paranormal research things we prove to planet earth.

I tell them 'Inquiring Minds Want To Know' and in doing this they can help further scientific research into the unknown and at th at point in time if they prove they are right then they can say I told you so and clean up their image but for now they are to be known to me and the world as diabolical demons as written about in the bible.

This is a choice my three relatives and Dr. Petas as a Psychiatrist have made and this is how they will be seen in this copy until further notice or until they change or leave my body and go do whatever they choose to do as far as I am concerned, I have no power over anything in Spirit but I will not give up channelling because these four cannot make my choices in life anymore now than they did when they walked the earth.

As I have written earlier some of my problems began back in the late l980's when jesus appeared to me in a vision as a full fledged man in the summer of l985 and I was asked to channel for spirit to prove life after death and I agreed and I was told I would be safe if I worked with spirit but then someone in spirit told me I am a Walk-In and that the spirit of mary the mother of Jesus is the spirit inside this body and after this these four three baptists and one Greek Orthodox in the form of my three relatives and Dr. Petas refused to accept this and said they will try to force my spirit from the body and or kill me if I don't stop trying to tell the world this and I said well I don't remember who I was in the spirit world and or if I am mary at all and I can't prove I am a walk-in only that the guides told me I am and so I just wrote whaatever they told me as other people do who were told they were walk-ins beginning in the book written by spiritual writer Ruth Montgomery who wrote widely with her guides Thomas and Lily about Walk-In's.

Since I have been having this problem I have spoken to many psychics who were told by the guides they are walk-in's and they have told me they have all had spirits of the dead trying to take the bodies back and sometimes they too have been plagued by possessions and the spirits who enter the body say they want the bodies back that belonged to the walk-out because they say they should have been the ones who were given the opportunity to return to earth in that body if the walk-out spirit didn't weant it anymore.

I have been told and it has been written that walk-out's and walk-in's happen when a person is near death and cannot keep the body alive and they say at that point in time a stronger spirit from the higher realms of the spirit world comes back and enters that body and the walk-out spirit goes to rest on the higher realms of the spirit world.

Now how can I prove any of this anymore than anyone else can and I say these four are still the people I knew as far as I am concerned and this means the mean spirits trying to kill me and doing all sorts of sexual molestations to me from the spirit world are still my relatives and Dr. Petas a Doctor I trusted when he was here on earth and so for now on I am going to hang the four of them out in Print and let the chips fall where they may if they don't now leave my body and anyone who knew them or loved them when they were here on earth can still do that if they choose to but to me they are some of the meanest worst spirits I have ever had the misfortune to meet up with in any world.

As I continue to work with spirits of the dead good and or bad and some by choice and some because I have no choice we discuss many things and I have decided I will describe the things being done to me either with or without my permission because I personally believe there may be many people who are havin problems with the spirits of the dead and may or may not even know what is happening to them if their torment comes in the form of dreams and nightmares and spirit attacks and they not knowing they are psychic will not even understand what is happening to them and Doctors who are not fammiliar with the capabilities of the dead will misdiagnose them as crazy in some cases.

I am trying to use my experiences good and bad to help to better educate the world about life after death and tell them what spirits of the dead are capable of both good and bad and unfortunately I am using my three relatives and Dr. Petas a psyciatrist from this lifetime as teaching tools because they have decided to cast themselves in the roll of Satan's Followers because they say they have free choice in the heavens just as they did on earth and so for now they are referred to as satan's Followers and or demons and Evil Spirits and if they decide they don't want to be known as this by their friends and associates both in spirit and back on earath then I guss they can leave my body and change if they choose to and if not then this is the way they will be seen as they say they have free choice and will do whaqtever they want to and if the higher power doesn't like it let him prove he has dominance over them by forcing them from this body.

i got up at 4:30 this morning and as usual I awakened to terrible pain as the four spirits insiide my body have been as usual causing me such brutal attacks as it feels like they are trying to tear my brain out and this morning they seem to be doing it from the outside but sometimes one of them is inside my brain causing me terrible pain and they make it feel and look as if they are sluffing off cells from my brain and things like that which as you can imagine would frighten the average person half to death as it did when this all began but after almost 25 years of their doing this I seem no worse for the wear.

The problem I seem to be having with telling this story to people is they can't imagine that four spirits of the dead can make themselves this tiny in one segment of my writing and in another they can make themselves into giants who are capable of standing by my bed and plunge an imaginary knife into my chest and cause me the same kind of pain as I imagine the real things feels like and that is another reason the name Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas has gone into this copy and will continue to go into this copy until he brings his three helpers and leaves my body and leaves my home and never darkens my doors again and if he does that then I will stop writing his name into the copy and let them go in peace and I am told by other psychics and priests and deliverance ministers this is what I need to write and do in an effort to bring them out of my body.

In addition to the above that I have written they also when I try to sit quietly and meditate and do my detective work to solve murders and missing people they show me things such as penises and all sorts of nasty things and they do this because when i first began working with the guides and they wouldn't leave me alone I said I am going to take on the veneer of a cloistered nun and they should respect me as such as I try to work with the guides and do God's work and they show absolutely no respect for me or God and so I show no respect for Dr. Petas as a Psychiatrist in this lifetime and so until he leaves my body what gets written by me or the guides who are helping me to try to get them to leave my body and my home stays.

The guides say they are not frightened to leave as they say but mean and vicious and this is why spirits like them are referred to as Demons.

Everyone who knew Dr. Petas will just have to accept the fact that in the spirit world he and my three relatives have decided to follow Satan and not God.

I said alright, because that is a signal that comes to me from higher in the Universe and has nothing to do with the other guides and Dr. Petas and associates who are getting into the situation and having me close the blogs when they don't like what the Higher Guide is and I are going to write about after he gets the word to me in dreams and thoughts as I go about my work here at the house in the midwest where it all began back in the late 1980's when he first began revealing these things to me.

He then said you cannot post that because it could be the couple who went into the white house didn't even know what it was all about but believed as they said that they were interviewing for a Reality Show.

That is how they work and I know that from watching some of the ways I have received signals from various people after I began sending this kind of information out and I don't want to get anyone hurt so I will transfer this piece of copy to the other blog and then delete it here so I can keep writing here until I finally get these four possessing spirits out of my body one way or the other because I have more pressing earthly problems such as my old car that is acting up again and it could be now that the warranty has run out the rebuilt motor has also run out.

Did you know that both actress Marilyn Monroe and Mob Girl Judith Campbell had abortions when they both became pregnant by President John F. Kennedy and did you know that Robert F. Kennedy and John F. Kennedy had Marilyn Monroe killed when she threatened their political career?

But there is one thing I bet you didn't know I saw Robert F. Kennedy in Marilyns bed that day and I also saw him putting something in her prescription bottle which I believe is the pill that killed herself.

Remember JFK was a great fan of 007 and he knew how spy's kill each othe without a trace and of course we know many political enemies die this way.

Yes both JFK and his brother RFK loved and bedded Marilyn Monroe but when she became a threat to their political careers and all the Kennedys who followed who had political ambitions into the future they decided careers and families comes first and so Marilyn had to go.

It is said that Marilyn was killed by the Mob and that is true, the Kennedys are the Mafia and they have been ever since they came over on the boat from Ireland and had to scratch and claw their way to their throne of aristocracy and they operated just like the roay family in england when they had opponents to the thrones sent to the guillitine.

One of the reasons Dr. Stergio Petas and my three relatives are sitting inside my body doing these things to me hoping I will have to look for an Exorcist and then they can have me out in the Publics eye hoping that some Mobster will come after me to shut my mouth and so you can see why I have to tell this story before they might catch me like they did poor Marilyn Monroe.

If I were president Obama I would not be seen with Caroline Kennedy anymore because she and some of her associates are the ones who had security breached and put that couple into the white house to warn me about how close they can get to the president of the United States if I don't keep my mouth shut and stop writing about the Assassination of her father and Uncle but I don't have to do that I have freedom of speech as provided under he Constitution of the United states of America and I don't have to a damned thing you and your croonies tell me and now that Uncle Edward is not here to intercept my Manuscripts I don't need his approval to write like this and I am not pleased that you and he have taken all the Manuscripts I have sent out over the past 25 years including the ones that had nothing to do with he assassination, and so since I can't publish anything like other reporters and writers do I guess I will just have to be satisfied with writing in my blogs and hope the world soon knows how some people look in public and what they are really like behind the scenes because what you see is not always what you get.

One of the guides has appeared to me from high in the spirit world and said I should leave this blog and go to write in our now private blog that tells the world more about the Kennedy assassinations which took place back in the sixties for you youngsters who think they are now ancient history and think of them as George Washington and Abraham Lincoln who have nothing to do with what we think or believe now because these people are all very much alive in the spirit world and can speak back to earth and tell us they know what we say and think and they are also here to right some wrongs and that why I have been telling the world all the details behind the kennedy Assassinationof both President John F. Kennedy and his Brother Robert because they are not happy that no one will accept the real truth as I am telling it and think I am just some grandstanding wantabe who wants to be a namedropper of famous people.
Nothing could be further from the truth i am treating them just like all the other guides and we do have quite a time behind the scenes because some want more control over what is written and of course smack dab in the middle of everything is Dr. Stergio Nicholas Petas from Toledo Ohio and my three relatives who have been here causing trouble ever since this story came to me and why they don't want the world to know what I know is beyond me unless of course you count the fact that the guides told me Dr. petas was connected to many of the mafias involved in the assassination and he was also a republican so all his motives are not clear to me but I do know he has no right to be sitting inside my body with three of my relatives trying to kill me so I can't write and publish this story in peace, because he and I know this truth must be given to the world if the Kennedy Men are to find peace in the after life.

I have been told by the guides when Security was broken at the white house and that couple just jauntily marched in and mingled with the guides and got so close to President Obama it was to show me how close they can get to the president again if I don't stop trying to Publish the Kennedy Manuscript.

I know exactly the people involved behind the scenes in causing security to be broken and some of those people behind that are considered good friends of the President and that is just what happened when President John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert F. Kennedy were assassinated the killers got close to the president and the Senator because the killers were considered close associates of these men and of course no one stopped the killers from getting too close.

Behind the scenes in the secret life of Robert F. Kennedy Sirhan Sirhan was a close associate and so that night when he walked into the kitchen of the hotel where RFK was shot they saw him there but they did not expect that he had brought a gun and was going to shoot RFK.

What I want to know is why no one in hollywood has come forward and admitted that they knew Sirhan Sirhan and RFK were associates because many knew this because they were part of the same party goers in the behind the scenes world of Hollywood and Washington.

RFK was our United States Attorney General and later the Senator from New York and he was married and the father of many children but behind the scenes RFK was also a cross dressing bi-sexual and everyone kept his secret and that is why no one has come forward and become involved because back then everyone keopt these things secret and no one wanted to admit that someone who looked like RFK in public and in the business and political world could be gay and or bisexual behind the scenes but nw the world is a ccepting these things and perhaps we will all be a lot safer and happier now that we are becoming more enlightened.

After all we all by now know that J. Edgar Hoover Mr. Law Enforcement was hiding the same secret and so was Teamster Leader Jimmy Hoffa and while he and Robert F. Kennedy were at War in the Public Eye Robert F. Kennedy also seduced Jimmy Hoffa when they had their meetings and these are some of the ways that people inhigh places blackmail each other into doing what they want.

Oops I think that was supposed to go into the private journal, well no matter its here now and it stays, I am personally sick of deciding which Journal is private and which one is public.

I like to get out into the kitchen and bake bread and other things from our flour blends because it gives me a chance to relax and get my hands into the dough and knead it and watch it rise and form it into loaves and decide what shape it will take and what occassion it fits then I watch it rise to perfect loaves in the oven and when it comes out its ready to cool and slice and there is just something about this ritual that makes life a little easier to handle.

The other day I looked upward and saw Jesus with a white plastic cutting board and a black knife and I said thats the cutting board of my granddaughter who likes the bread rich in flax seed and so that afternoon when she called me and asked me to come by while she took one of the twins to he doctor I knew to take the last loaf of that bread from the freezer and take it to her.

Sharing is what its all about and of course Jesus was tied to bread in the holyland and labeled it the staff of life and he and his deciples broke bread and I continue tio treat bread in the same way that he did and so that is why I am passing all the breadbaking along to the world just as he did because it contains all the important B-Complex Vitamins that we all need to be healthier and happir and that is why they call the B-Complex Vitamins the Spark Plugs of Life.

The original Multigrain Formula was given to me in the summer of 1986 and we dubbed it Multigrain because we wanted everyone to use whatever grain is available to them to make up their breads for better health and also so we would incorporate more of the other grains with wheat depending on the growing seasons and what is available to them to bake with because we know we don't just have to bake with wheat but start with a basic wheat ground into flour and add almost any other grain available and call it whole grains or multigrain in our loaves and whatever you decide to put into your whole grain breads and irregardless of who bakes it yourself or the many bakeries its delicious anyway you cut it and it will help us to have a longer healthier life.

Its decided I will do more bread this morning with lots of the fresh flax seed i purchased at the health food store the other day.

The ground flax seed will be added to our usual flour baking formula using our original blend, but sometimes I also add equal portions of enriched white or unbleached flour to a bag of stoneground wheat and the flax seed because my granddaughter said its the most delicious bread I have ever made as far as she is concerned and she said adding the ground flax seed is something she needs in her diet and so that will be one I do often.

Once I took our orginal blend and added rice and barley ground into flour and made some delcious round loaves and took them along to one of my realtives house who just happened to be serving a pot of homemade soup for lunch and after eating some of the bread I contributed she said that is the most delicious bread she has ever had and in fact everyone i serve this bread to no matter what is in it they state its the most delicious bread they have ever had and that becomes their favorite and thats how I decide which bread to make on various occassions.

I say put good wholesome ingredients into the bread and serve it up to people in the home or off the supermarket shelves and evryone is happy because everyone loves good fresh baked bread whether its from our own kitchens or from the supermarket shelves and the local bakeries and the most important thing whenit comes to bread baking wherever its done is use lots of whole grains and serve them up and everyone is a lot happier and healthier for it.

Between posts I take breaks, and visit websites, walk the floor, drink coffee and discuss things with the spirits about all sorts of things and this time when I took a break I walked about went into the bathroom turned on the light and looked into the mirror to study the back of my hair to see how the color looks after eating a lot of our homebaked baked goods yesterday and in spite of the violence against my brain these four are doing to me to try to fade my hair it is great and I thought if I could only get someone to take a picture of my hair from a rear view and get a shot of this long pony tail and show he world what a woman of my ages hair can look like and how long and healthy and youthful it can be if you feed your body the right things I could maybe convince the people who read this that they can also have hair like this well into old age if they just know the secrets of how to do this.

But this is not a secret I have sent the formulas the guides gave me to many bakeries all over and I have gone on websites and discussed where I got this information with many people and some have outright called me a liar and said its not true that at 73 I can have the hair color and healthy hair of say a woman in her twenties but I can and so can they if they know all the things their particular body type with inherited traits passed down to them from their parents can eat the foods their particular body type needs along with vitamins and they can do the same thing I am doing.

I feel if I could take my freshly shampooed hair as I did yesterday and feed it nothing but the foods and vitamins that are right for me they too might be able to do these things and i say might because I only know what it has done for me and I have not conducted extensive studies so I cannot state this legally but I do like to pass on the ideas the guides give me which I am meant to share with the rest of the world as a channel for his ideas from the heavens to planet earth.

The things I am writing and the way the words are being phrased seems to set Dr. Petas and his violent friends off because they think I am writing here for some exotic reason and all I am doing is getting on the computer and writing with someone in the spirit world is doing automatic writing with me and he told them if they don't like it why don't they leave so theya re out of ear shot and they won't have to object to and try to stop me from living my life as I choose to and just as they had a right to free choice when they were here on earth.

I have brown hair and so of course the prominent vitamin I need to give me brown hair is Niacin that the guides have told me is the Brown Vitamin, but if someone with black hair wants to do better they would be getting a lot more Thiamine the black vitamin in their diet.

If they for example had red hair they would want to get more of the Folic Acid and Thiamine in their diet because red and black are created by folic acid and Thiamine and well you can see whatever your hair color is more prominent that is the nutrient that you need more of in food choices and along with that you can take the vitamisn in a good B-Complex Vitamin to give your proper balance so you are tall enough, and slim enough and smart enough because the vitamins to me are called smart vitamins and some are called short and or tall vitamins and that is because my guide is trying to tell me why balance in our food and supplements are very important and I personally try not to take them haphazardly the way I used to but try to get the vitamins and foods in a more balanced way so they work better in my body and my body type.

These are the things that turn us into smart people or dull people, or short people and or tall people and or skinny people and or fat people and so I think the best way for us all to go is get us a good nutritional book which teaches us all these things so we can get more familiar with our own bodies and look at them as a machine that needs all the right oils and other things to make us just the way we want to be and to live life as long as we were meant to and keep all our organs in proper working order so they don't conk out and cause us to have organ failures so we are trying to harvest other peoples organs so we can live.

What I want to prevent of course with this kind of writing is to stop some of the medical people who put undue pressure on families to give up organs of their injured relatives in hospitals when they rush them to take their loved ones off life support when they might live just so they can have the injured persons organs telling us we can save seven lives my guide said if we would take care of the organs we were born with we wouldn't have to be killing others just so we can live.

I personally know of at least two men that could have lived had their parents not been rushed to remove them from life support and those two victims of medical malpractice are back here to tell the world how they feel about these things and I believe this is why reports are surfacing about how transplant victims are taking on the personalities and illnesses of those whose organs they received and that is because some of them may have the spirits of the victims coming back to take over the bodies and keep the body that their organs are in and so some of those bodies may have more than one spirit in it just as I have four spirits sitting inside my body for their own personal reasons and that is to show others if spirits want their body back for any reason they can try to take control of it or at least share it as invading spirits.
Robert F. Kennedy for one is very angry and has been since I began working with him becausehe said the hospital put pressure on his family to take him off life support and he feels he may have survived if his family did not let them pull the plug on him and I have histated to write about this knowning it can be frightening but after I saw two of my acquaintenances die after the pressure was pput on their families I believe its time I and others speak up because we need to take care of our own organs and not expect others to die and give up their organis so medical facilities can make money off them through seven or more transplants.

Think how much they make on each transplant and how they milk the public telling them how wonderful theya re to give up their relatives organs and that is why I am being very careful about who has the decisions about who makes these decisions when I die.

Last time I went for some tests the woman said do you have a living will and I said no and I don't intend to let medical people pull my plug before Its my time to go just so they can do seven transplants and make all that money off someone they don't think was important enough to die with dignity.

Keep in mind inside those injured bodies the spirits are watching your every move and some can't say please don't kill me but give me a chance to recover and come back and live with you.

I've been reading some stories behind the scenes that seems to tie in with a prediction I made the other day while working in the kitchen when I said a big raid is going to come, and the investigation has been going for a long time by law enforcement and many will be raided and arrested.
This morning one of the first news stories I see is:
"FBI Makes Arrests in Midwest Raids"
These predictions that come to pass is one of the reasons these four are afraid to leave my body because of the predictions made about what will eventually happen to them but they are also too stubborn to come out and do as they are told, so what happens to them is not something I can say at this time, all I know is all the prophecies or predictions that my source in the spirit world makes about anything or anyone comes to pass over time.

These four know this and they are afraid to come out and see what punishment will befall them and so for now I am trying to help convince them they can come out safely and go forth and let their behavior over time prove whatever their fate may be, but I believe if they come out and reform they can change their destiny and if they don't know that then only time will tell.

In the meantime I will continue to write about this situation and anything that comes to me as a Psychic and hope that everything works out alright the way everyone wants it to, not only here but throughout the world.

i got up at 1:27 a.m. after going to bed about nine because I didn't want to watch anything on television last night and alsob ecause I was so exhausted from my day of doing normal things while being oppossed violently by the four attacking demons inside my body who want me to do whatever they say, but when I do it they try to prevent me from doing even that.

So as I slept they as usual tormented me and violently attacked my brain so it could not be open to receiving information from a higher realm and this morning one of the guides high in the universe appeared and said I am here protecting you and don't ever give in to them because I will handle them when they leave this body and what happens to them depends on what path they decide to follow.

So that guide is the one who lets me know he will eventually get control over these four and they know it and they are trying to make hay while the sun shines so to speak and trying to force you to write what they want to discourage others from believing in god but they know they have no idea what will ever happen to them and so they call themselves demons but they are nothing but former humans who are cowards and if they were not they would come out here and stand up and go fourth and prove once and for all what happens to their kind when they don't follow the path that has been set for them in the spirit world.

Their increased violence and pain a gainst you proves their fear is mounting because they know eventually they will have to doa s they are told in the spirit world or else and theya re fighting tooth and nail to try to force you to do their will hopeing no one on earth will know what eventually happens to them but as you can see their fer grows by the day and they know when they come out they dare not do anything of the things they have been doing to you because they could never be allowed to reach anoher human body to do harm and so its only a matter of time before they realize they have no alternative path but to come out here and do as they are told by their guides and after that they will bother no other humans and they will never be able to come back to earth and channel through humans unless they go through careful analysis and get their acts together and are declared mentally ready to mingle among humans without bringing harm to them.

They have let themselves become like violent criminals or patients in a mental hospital and they have become a danger to themselves and others and so its only a matter of time before they have to face these things and try to get themselves out of this sitution in the best way they can so just be patient because they know their time is coming that they can no longer be allowed to get away with this and the sooner they learn this the better it will be for all concerned.

Recently I got a copy of a receipe for Carrot Cake scaled down using Splenda and they had also done a frosting with less sugar using cream cheese and silky tofu which I have never used and while it might be good I just have not tried it but do want to try the carrot cake and so today one of the guides said the carrot cake you used to make back in the seventies was always refrigerated the leftover cake and so why don't you do the cream cheese frosting using fat free cream cheese and cool whip like they do that cheesy pie and this will also be good.

I thought great and so easy to make and we all love that kind of thing.
I will of course have to pick up the ingredients for that and the flour I use in the carrot cake will of course be our multigrain which is fortified with wheat germ and wheat bran and some whole wheat cereal as I wrote earlier.

After discussing that receipe we want to make I thought and what can i do with the rest of the milk and eggs I want to use and he suggested I make some of our coffee cake or cinnamon rolls using splenda of course.

I have been wondering if its possible for the makers of splenda to make a version into a powdered sugar to be used in frostings?

After all powdered sugar is just a powdered version of regular sugar and since splenda is a derivative of sugar and looks and tastes almost like the regular kind maybe they are already working on this since that idea just popped into my head and this is how premonitions of things to come happen with me on almost everything.

As I went about my work this afternoon I found myself singing a song that I have always loved and sang but now i believe I sing the song all the time and others by this person because soon it will be her time to join her family in the World beyond Earth.

I said I wonder if I am the only one who can tell someone positively absolutely they will meet their friends in the hereafter?

I thought of course not after all I got messages when I first went to the spiritualist church and how could the mediums give me messages from there if they did not also know all these things I am writing about.

Yet you would be surprised at all the people who believe in the bible and all sorts of things they are taught in church but when I get to talking to them about these things they will act like I am crazy to think I can actually talk to a ghost as they like to call them.

I think the Dr. and my three realtives should just get on out here and go do whatever they feel like and let me write about their new adventures and I can tell them who to go visit so I can monitor their visits and see if anyone I send them to can detect or hear them and in doing this I can write about what their reaction is and this is one of the ways we can get more people to believe in life after death.

I get premonitions on myself and quite often I will see myself dead or in the hospital and then i will see dangers from accidents and things like that and sure enough the scene will appear as I travel about but for some reason because of the early warning I slow down and am more careful and when the danger crops up I am able to react quickly and things go safely by.

I have also seen eath from illnesses and things then i will change my lifestyle and or diet to help my medical problems and somehow so far it has been avoided.

Recently i began to see death from some man or some situation and I have been very careful but the other night I was on a long stretch of country road at night and a suv behind me began acting very strange he would run up right against my bumper and hover there and shine his brights and keep pushing me and I was blinded and didn't know what to do but I knew it was not a policeman and so I kept going and he kept doing this to me but I didn't stop and just kept going until I reached the lights of the city and hen he went his way and I went mine but I felt this could have been he danger of death that I had seen in my path.

As we know quite often women traveling alone at night especially on country roads will have problems with vehicles that just happen to be in the vicinity and I believe there are people out there scouting to find such helpless victims and so I am going to be very careful now traveling at night because that particular night I just happened to have my ATM With me and almost a hundred dollars in cash left from some money left over from a small emergency loan I made to a realtive who needed to take an unplanned trip to the doctor after the crib he was playing in collapsed and hurt his hand and we feared it was broken but thank god it was only injured.

Note: these are some of the things I am dealing with in life while dealing with these four vicious spirits sitting inside my body causing me such pain and I have no idea how I will ever get them out of my body and that is one of the reasons I am continuing to put the name of Dr. Stergio Petas into the copy in an effort to drive him and my three realtives out of my body because i truly believe they are a threat to my life and at this time should be considered not only evil spirits but Attempted Murderers in spirit form.
